市場開發(fā)與客戶管理
1.Formulate and execute the annual sales plan for the assigned region to achieve sales targets set by the company.
制定并執(zhí)行所在區(qū)域市場年度銷售計劃,完成公司下達的銷售目標;
2.Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing accounts, regularly analyzing customer needs and adjusting strategies accordingly.
開拓新客戶,維護現(xiàn)有客戶關(guān)系,定期分析客戶需求并調(diào)整策略;
3.Collect and organize market information (e.g., industry trends, competitor activities) to create reports for decision-making reference.
收集整理市場信息(如行業(yè)趨勢、競爭對手動態(tài)),形成報告供決策參考。
Project Management & Business Negotiation
項目管理與商務(wù)談判
1.Lead end-to-end management of key account projects (from requirement alignment to contract signing).
主導(dǎo)大客戶項目的全流程管理(從需求對接到合同簽訂);
2.Coordinate internal resources (e.g., technical, production, logistics) to ensure order fulfillment.
協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)部資源(如技術(shù)、生產(chǎn)、物流),確保訂單交付;
3.Participate in business negotiations, developing pricing strategies and contract terms.
參與商務(wù)談判,制定價格策略及合同條款。
Team & Channel Development
團隊與渠道建設(shè)
1.Build and manage local sales teams or distributor networks.
搭建并管理當(dāng)?shù)劁N售團隊或代理商網(wǎng)絡(luò);
2.Provide sales training and regularly evaluate team performance, optimizing incentive mechanisms.
提供銷售培訓(xùn),定期評估團隊績效并優(yōu)化激勵機制。
Compliance & Risk Management
合規(guī)與風(fēng)險管理
1.Ensure all operations during the assignment comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
確保外派期間的業(yè)務(wù)操作符合當(dāng)?shù)胤煞ㄒ?guī)及公司制度;
2.Identify market risks (e.g., exchange rate fluctuations, policy changes) and propose countermeasures.
識別市場風(fēng)險(如匯率波動、政策變化),提出應(yīng)對方案。
任職要求:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
本科及以上學(xué)歷,市場營銷、國際貿(mào)易或相關(guān)專業(yè)
2.Minimum 5 years of sales experience of International Trade, with at least 3 years in an expatriate or international business role. Prior successful cases in the automotive industry are preferred.
5年以上制造業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗,3年以上外派或國際業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)驗,汽車零部件相關(guān)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
3.Proficient in international sales processes.
精通國際銷售流程。
4.Familiar with export operations (e.g., customs clearance, logistics, settlement).
熟悉出口業(yè)務(wù)操作(如報關(guān)、物流、結(jié)算)。
5.Strong command of at least one foreign language (e.g., English, Spanish, Arabic) for fluent business communication.
掌握至少一門外語(如英語、西班牙語、阿拉伯語),能流利商務(wù)溝通。
6.Strong cross-cultural adaptability, able to integrate quickly into the local work environment. Exceptional resilience under pressure, capable of working independently abroad long-term. Strategic thinker, able to balance short-term performance with long-term market development.
