Accountabilities:
·Providing high quality Customer Service & daily Operations service to accounts;
·Well coordinating between customers’ service requests and Carriers’ standard service guideline;
·Well coordinating daily Operations process, i.e. Trucking Fleet arrangement, Import/Export Declaration process, Air transportation arrangement, etc;
·Well filing all concerning documents: Shipping Order, Booking Acknowledgement, Invoices, B/L, Import/Export documents, etc;
·Well doing daily performance list for management review;
·Well communicating internally and externally;
·Well assist in maintaining customer relationships, coordinating sales visits, and solve business problems.
Requirements:
·College/Bachelor, preferably in shipping/air freight related field;
·At least 2-year relevant working experience;
·CET6: Good command of both oral and written English;
·Responsible ,mature, open-minded, customer-driven, with excellent problem solving skills;
