Main Accountabilities & Description of Activities 主要職責及具體工作任務
1. SHE&5S管理 SHE&5S Management
- 負責組織風險評估(SEG)&管理規(guī)定的建立/更新,確保完善。
Responsible for organizing risk assessment (SEG)and establish/update regulations;
- 組織日常的安全檢查及隱患排查治理工作,及時消除事故隱患,參與公司安全生產相關活動。
Organize daily safety inspections and hazard investigation, promptly eliminate accident hazards, and participate in related safety activities. (Gemba Walk/SEA...);
- 組織現(xiàn)場環(huán)境改善及符合SHE相關要求(符合IS014001認證)。
Organize plant environmental improvement and comply with SHE related requirements (for example IS014001 requirement);
- 支持現(xiàn)場5S標準的建立及監(jiān)督執(zhí)行,確保日常狀態(tài)保持。
Support the establishment of 5S standards, and take supervision.
2. 生產效率&產出、按時交付 Production Efficiency &Output, On-time Delivery
- 支持&協(xié)調產線效率&產出等異常問題分析,組織提供相應的解決方案。
Support and coordinate the analysis of abnormal issues, such as production line efficiency, output, and find solutions.
- 負責指導/監(jiān)督、跟蹤瓶頸機器效率提高;(SMED項目推動)。
Responsible for guiding/supervising, and tracking efficiency improvement of bottleneck machine; (SMED project promotion)
- 負責生產現(xiàn)場的工藝指導、管理、監(jiān)督和技術服務,滿足按時交付。
Responsible for the process guidance, management, supervision, and technical services of production management, to ensure timely delivery;
- 負責新業(yè)務/新產線效率和產出持續(xù)優(yōu)化,確保產線正常高效運轉。
Responsible for continuously optimizing the efficiency and output of new businesses/production lines, ensuring the normal and efficient operation of the production line.
3. 生產流程的優(yōu)化(物料流、WIP 管理, SlOB管理等)Optimization of production processes (material flow, WIP management, SlOB management, etc.)
- 負責協(xié)助完善及優(yōu)化生產流程,建立、健全生產部門精細管理制度。
Responsible for the improvement and optimization of production processes, and help to establish and improve the management systems & regulations of production departments;
- 協(xié)調相關部門對WIP和SLOB庫存物料降低和快速流轉改善。
Coordinate to reduce WIP and SLOB inventory materials to make quick flow, with cooperation with other departments.
- 支持現(xiàn)場物料流轉狀態(tài)管理,制定改善方案/推動實施跟蹤并加以評估。
Support status management of on-site material flow, develop improvement plans, drive implementation, track and make evaluation;
4.質量(Scrap, reject, complain) Quality (Scrap, reject, complain)
- 組織廢絲和不良數(shù)據(jù)分析及改進方案推動。
Organize the analysis of scrap, reject, and make improvements accordingly
- 組織生產過程工藝檢查,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時糾正并協(xié)調持續(xù)改善。
Organize production process inspection, try to find root causes and find solutions
- 支持客訴問題處理,配合制定相應解決方案并做好后續(xù)跟蹤。
Support the handling of customer complaints, cooperate in developing solutions, and make following
- 現(xiàn)有產品質量評審/檢驗標準和客戶要求的符合性的查驗。
Organize compliance between existing product quality review/inspection standards and customer requirements;
Participate in the preliminary planning of product quality, implement and make tracking.
5. 標準化 (SOP、體系完善、技能提高/考核、合理化建議、部門文化建設..)Standardization (SOP, system improvement, skill improvement/assessment, rationalization suggestions, departmental cultural construction...)
Responsible for SOP update and training
Establish and improve the training plans to satisfy system requirement.
- 組織提高現(xiàn)場操作人員技及技能評估&考核。
Organize the evaluation and assessment of on-site operator skills,
Collection/coordination of employees' suggestions;
- 組織相關活動促進部門文化建立(改善項目開展/技能競賽/優(yōu)秀評比等)。
Organize relevant activities to promote the establishment of departmental culture (improve project implementation/skill competitions/excellent
evaluations, etc.)
- 負責產線標準件/工藝件/生產工具&工裝&夾具等的導入和維護管理。
Responsible for the maintenance management of production line standard parts/process parts/production tools &fixtures, etc;
Qualifications 任職要求
- College Degree and above;
- Above 5 years relevant production work experience;
- Mechanical or electromechanical majors;
- Familiar with visual management and 5S management;
- Eager to learn new things and looks for improvements in all aspects relating to the department, whether technical or managerial;
- Very strict in the implementation of procedures and conveys this attitude to his/her subordinates;
- Analyses production data accurately, sees deviations and looks for causes. Offers suggestions for improvement;
- Is a courageous, honest and fair person who succeeds in gaining trust from his subordinates and is prepared not only to give positive feedback but also negative feedback.
