崗位職責(zé): 1. 根據(jù)分部業(yè)績(jī)指標(biāo)制定月/季/年工作目標(biāo)及分解,整合資源,落實(shí)行動(dòng)并確保達(dá) 成 Design monthly/quarterly/yearly KPI, integrate resources, implement actions and ensure achievement according to branch performance. 2. 落實(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局,開(kāi)發(fā)優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)網(wǎng)點(diǎn),建立穩(wěn)定、良好、有效的網(wǎng)點(diǎn)及自有服務(wù)管理模式 Implement the CP network, develop high-quality CP, establish stable, perfect and effective management of CP and OWN. 3. 確保高質(zhì)、高效的上門(mén)服務(wù) Ensure high-quality and efficient field service. 4. 日常輔導(dǎo)自有服務(wù)主管及網(wǎng)點(diǎn)管理團(tuán)隊(duì) Daily coaching of OWN supervisor and CP management team. 5. 合理制定派工及配件準(zhǔn)備等支持團(tuán)隊(duì)的工作模式,進(jìn)行有效日常管理并持續(xù)改善 Formulate working method of dispatcher and parts preparing reasonably, carry out effective daily management and continuous improvement 6. 理解并分解服務(wù)規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程,強(qiáng)化分部人員的安全與合規(guī)意識(shí)并進(jìn)行有效的 人員管理和發(fā)展 Understand service specifications and standard processes, strengthen the safety and compliance, carry out effective management and development of employee. 7. 負(fù)責(zé)處理事故及特殊服務(wù)的升級(jí)案件 Responsible for handling incidents and escalations for special cases. 8. 制定、分解并落實(shí)培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃及培訓(xùn)目標(biāo),并就當(dāng)?shù)貥I(yè)務(wù)、人員發(fā)展情況收集培訓(xùn) 需要 Develop, decompose and implement training plans, collect training needs for local business and personnel development 9. 分析消費(fèi)者取消及改約,提升報(bào)告平臺(tái)的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo) Analyze consumer rescheduling and canceling rate, improve KPI. 10. 處理升級(jí)客戶(hù)投訴案件,包括根本原因分析與改善 Handle customer complaints, including root cause analysis and improvement 任職資格: 1.本科及以上學(xué)歷 2.服務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)或服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) 3.有超過(guò)20人(或同等規(guī)模)團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn) 4.良好的英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力優(yōu)先
