職位描述
產(chǎn)品內(nèi)部評(píng)審IT項(xiàng)目管理通信
1.成為項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵度量的所有者，包括預(yù)算/時(shí)間/質(zhì)量/范圍管理
2.與內(nèi)部和外部伙伴合作管理，包括研發(fā);供應(yīng)，采購(gòu)，產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理，項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理
3.負(fù)責(zé)流程的執(zhí)行和經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)的總結(jié)積累組織過(guò)程資產(chǎn)
4.在“強(qiáng)矩陣項(xiàng)目”中充當(dāng)虛擬團(tuán)隊(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)者，建立團(tuán)隊(duì)精神管理模式”。管理/監(jiān)督自己的項(xiàng)目資源
5.負(fù)責(zé)利用人員解決問(wèn)題或促進(jìn)問(wèn)題的解決
6.負(fù)責(zé)向上級(jí)管理層匯報(bào)日常項(xiàng)目
任職資格
1.3年以上硬件研發(fā)或嵌入式系統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2.以硬件為中心的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，了解項(xiàng)目管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程和理論
3.熟練的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫能力
4.好奇心和結(jié)果導(dǎo)向的心態(tài)
5.快速學(xué)習(xí)和適應(yīng)能力
PMP證書優(yōu)先
