職位描述：
- 作為樣品車間與研發(fā)團隊之間的主要對接人
- 規(guī)劃、主導(dǎo)、管理樣品制作工作，并積極與內(nèi)部研發(fā)部門及生產(chǎn)基地協(xié)作，確保樣品順利制作完成
- 負責(zé) A/B 樣及預(yù) C 樣制作所需元器件的采購與管理，跟蹤并核查元器件物流情況，協(xié)助完成報關(guān)工作
- 協(xié)助準備交付給客戶的樣品，包括軟件燒錄、樣品測試及配置等工作，并填寫測試報告
- 協(xié)助從外部分包商處采購研發(fā)所需配件（這些分包商負責(zé)生產(chǎn)研發(fā)用配件）
- 實驗室工作，如手工焊接、樣品修改、實驗臺搭建、負載箱調(diào)試等
任職要求：
- 電子工程或自動化專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷
- 至少 3 年研發(fā)實驗室、硬件測試或制造業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
- 精通手工焊接、返修技能，具備扎實的電子技術(shù)知識
- 具備基礎(chǔ)電路知識，能夠讀懂電路圖
- 熟練使用 Windows 系統(tǒng)及微軟 Office 辦公軟件（尤其 Excel）
- 工作積極主動，能承受工作壓力
- 具備良好的團隊合作精神及清晰高效的溝通能力
