Purpose of Job:
1. 負責(zé)天線市場的分析與戰(zhàn)略機會挖掘,識別高潛力行業(yè)應(yīng)用場景,主導(dǎo)市場競爭情報研究,并基于數(shù)據(jù)洞察輸出商業(yè)決策報告,制定產(chǎn)品策略。
Be responsible for the analysis of the antenna market and the exploration of strategic opportunities, identify high - potential industry application scenarios, lead the research on market competitive intelligence, and output business decision - making reports based on data insights to formulate product strategies.
2. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)跨部門團隊完成供應(yīng)商篩選、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)及量產(chǎn),確保供應(yīng)端能夠支撐產(chǎn)品策略的落地,從而達成公司的經(jīng)營目標。
Lead cross - departmental teams to complete supplier screening, product development, and mass production to ensure that the supply side can support the implementation of product strategies, so as to achieve the company business goals.
Major Responsibilities:
1. 調(diào)研天線市場規(guī)模、增長趨勢及細分領(lǐng)域(如通信、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、汽車電子、衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航、消費電子等);建立一套動態(tài)市場信息收集系統(tǒng), 如:新興行業(yè),新興應(yīng)用場景,市場份額等等。監(jiān)測主要競爭對手的產(chǎn)品策略、技術(shù)路線、定價模式及市場份額, 對標優(yōu)劣勢;
Investigate the size, growth trend and segmentation of antenna market (such as communications, Internet of Things, automotive electronics,
satellite navigation, consumer electronics, etc.); Establish a dynamic market information collection system, such as emerging industries, emerging application scenarios, market share, etc. Monitor the product strategy, technical route, pricing model and market share of major competitors, and benchmark the advantages and disadvantages.
2. 與銷售部門合作,鎖定目標市場,提出產(chǎn)品定位建議及進入策略,并制定相應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品策略,求得管理層批準后推動執(zhí)行。
Cooperate with the sales department to lock in the target market, put forward product positioning suggestions and entry strategies, and formulate corresponding product strategies, and promote implementation after obtaining management approval.
3. 根據(jù)戰(zhàn)略方向,主導(dǎo)內(nèi)外部團隊建立目標產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)能力,以支持目標產(chǎn)品的策略落地。
According to the strategic direction, lead the internal and external teams to establish target product supply capabilities to support the implementation of target product strategies.
Qualifications:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,電子工程、通信工程、市場營銷或商業(yè)分析相關(guān)專業(yè);
A bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronic engineering, communication engineering, marketing, or business analysis etc.
2. 5年以上電子行業(yè)產(chǎn)品管理經(jīng)驗。天線/射頻行業(yè)產(chǎn)品管理經(jīng)驗者更佳。
With over 5 years of product management experience in the electronics industry. Product management experience in antenna/RF industry is preferred.
3. 出色的溝通和利益相關(guān)者管理、跨職能協(xié)作和影響力;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, cross-functional
collaboration & influence.
4. 具備供應(yīng)鏈資源整合經(jīng)驗,熟悉供應(yīng)商開發(fā)與制造管理流程更佳;
Have experience in supply chain resource integration, and be familiar with the
processes of supplier development and manufacturing management is preferred.
5. 中英文流利 Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
6. 擁有PMP認證者更佳。PMP certification is preferred.
7. 擁有天線技術(shù)基礎(chǔ);Antenna technology background is preferred.
8. 有智能通訊或物聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)從業(yè)背景。
Background in intelligent communication or Internet of Things enterprises is preferred.
