3.3年以上雙語教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),有國際學(xué)校經(jīng)歷者加分
4.熟悉蒙古文化背景,能設(shè)計(jì)跨文化教學(xué)內(nèi)容
1. Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Literature Teacher to deliver an engaging and rigorous literature curriculum in English to our class of exchange students from Mongolia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching literature (including poetry, prose, fiction, and critical analysis) using English as the medium of instruction.
You will help students strengthen their comprehension, literary analysis, and expressive skills in English while exploring global and Mongolian literature.
2. Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver literature lessons in English, ensuring content is accessible to non-native English speakers.
Teach literary forms, periods, and critical approaches, incorporating both Western and Mongolian literary works where applicable.
Design and implement assessments including essays, presentations, and examinations to evaluate students’ progress.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and cross-cultural dialogue.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to address varying levels of English proficiency among students.
Collaborate with other faculty to support students’ overall academic and linguistic development.
3. Qualifications
Required:
Native or near-native proficiency in English (IELTS 7.0 / TOEFL 100 / CEFR C1 or equivalent certified level preferred).
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Literature, English, Education, Comparative Literature, or a related field.
Demonstrable experience teaching literature or English language arts, preferably in a bilingual or international context.
Strong understanding of literary analysis and experience teaching diverse literary texts.
Preferred:
Teaching certification (PGCE, state teaching license, TEFL/CELTA if applicable).
Experience working with multilingual or multicultural student groups.
Familiarity with Mongolian or other East Asian cultures and educational systems.
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
