崗位職責(zé):
1. 公司網(wǎng)站管理:對(duì)接第三方服務(wù)公司,跟進(jìn)網(wǎng)站(中英俄)日常更新、SEO優(yōu)化、Googe 推廣、Yandex推廣跟進(jìn);負(fù)責(zé)粉絲互動(dòng),銷售線索跟進(jìn),中/俄語(yǔ)網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容同步,百度SEO優(yōu)化等;
Website management: manage company websites (CN/EN/RU) with third party vendors: SEO optimization (Google/Yandex/Baidu), Google and Yandex ads, user engagement;
2. 宣傳內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作:負(fù)責(zé)撰寫公司宣傳文案,包括富有吸引力的原創(chuàng)視頻,產(chǎn)品貼,活動(dòng)貼,善于把握和引導(dǎo)話題,轉(zhuǎn)化營(yíng)銷點(diǎn);
Content Development: create engaging content-videos, product/event posts, topic-driven campaigns.
3. 海外社媒運(yùn)營(yíng):負(fù)責(zé)LinkedIn,F(xiàn)acebook,Instagram,Twitter,Tiktok等社媒的運(yùn)營(yíng)策劃,包括內(nèi)容輸出,發(fā)布,粉絲互動(dòng),活動(dòng)策劃,粉絲互動(dòng)等,監(jiān)測(cè)社媒數(shù)據(jù)并定期優(yōu)化;
Social media operations: operate social media (LinkedIn/FB/IG/Twitter/TikTok): content planning, engagement, data analysis;
4. 銷售線索管理:各宣傳渠道銷售線索收集、分類與分配,跟進(jìn)銷售轉(zhuǎn)化率;
Lead Management: Implement CRM workflows for lead scoring & assignment, monitor conversion rate;
5. 整合營(yíng)銷協(xié)同:協(xié)助展會(huì)籌備、行業(yè)媒體合作、宣傳物料更新、內(nèi)部宣傳等其他宣傳工作;
Integrated Marketing: support exhibitions, promotional materials and internal marketing communication.
6. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作。

任職要求:
1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、國(guó)際貿(mào)易、英語(yǔ)或機(jī)械相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
Education: Associate's degree in marketing, international business, English, mechanical engineering or equivalent;
2. 3年以上B2B制造業(yè)海外市場(chǎng)推廣經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉海外社媒運(yùn)營(yíng),網(wǎng)站SEO優(yōu)化,有金屬加工、焊接技術(shù)領(lǐng)域經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
Experience: 3+ years in B2B manufacturing overseas marketing; metalworking/welding industry experience a plus.
3. 優(yōu)秀的文案創(chuàng)作與視頻剪輯能力,數(shù)據(jù)分析能力,熟悉平面設(shè)計(jì),視頻剪輯,CRM等軟件或系統(tǒng)操作,;
Technical Competencies: strong copywriting, video editing, data analysis skills, experience in design/video tools, CRM systems;
4. 英語(yǔ)熟練,掌握俄語(yǔ)等語(yǔ)種優(yōu)先。
Language: fluent English (Russian preferred).
