Confirm the booking with overseas agent upon getting the booking from the supplier.
與國外代理根據客人的托單確認艙位。
Clarify the space with carrier and reserve the allocation .
與船公司確認艙位。
Arrange tracking /stuffing/customs declaration according to request SOP.
要所公司標準流程來安排拖車、倉儲、報關等事宜。
Update CW1 according to SOP .
及時更新系統(tǒng) 。
Issues the invoice in CW1.
開票。
Pre-alert to overseas .
向海外發(fā)預報。
Promote value add service to responsible clients .
向客人推銷增值服務。
Other routing task according to supervisor’s guideline .
按照主管指示完成其他工作。
Actively handle the claim & exceptions .
積極處理特殊 及投訴事宜。
Positively cooperate with other internal department ,Fin/doc/sales dept .
積極與內部財務、單證、銷售溝通。
Dedicated carrier space coordination.
日常艙位的協調。
