The main missions of the role are: 1. 完成各供應(yīng)商和服務(wù)商的定期結(jié)算工作 Make settlements with suppliers and service providers on monthly basis 2. 接待來(lái)訪(fǎng)客戶(hù)或合作伙伴,安排接待流程并展示公司形象 Receive visitors or business partners, arrange reception procedures, and showcase the company's image 3. 策劃并執(zhí)行公司活動(dòng)(如年會(huì)、旅游、羽毛球比賽等),提升員工凝聚力 Plan and execute company events (e.g., annual party, outing, badminton competition etc ) to enhance employee cohesion 4. 設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)施員工福利(如節(jié)日禮品、購(gòu)物卡等) Design and implement employee benefits (e.g., holiday gifts, shopping cards etc) 5. 確保辦公設(shè)備(如空調(diào)、照明、網(wǎng)絡(luò))狀態(tài)完好,配合財(cái)務(wù)部門(mén)完成本部門(mén)的年度資產(chǎn)盤(pán)點(diǎn) Ensure that office equipment (e.g., air conditioning, lighting, network) remains in good working condition and assist the finance department with the yearly asset counting 6. 管理受控文件 Manage controlled documents 7. 管理公司車(chē)輛,匯總司機(jī)等相關(guān)人員的月度績(jī)效考勤等 Manage company cars and compile monthly performance and attendance records for drivers and other relevant personnel 8. 管理話(huà)費(fèi)托收業(yè)務(wù),包括每月的新增和取消,以及向相關(guān)職能交付報(bào)表 Manage telephone bill collection services, including monthly additions and cancellations, and deliver reports to relevant functions 9. 協(xié)助其他支持性工作,如翻譯、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)、報(bào)告撰寫(xiě)等 Assist with other supportive tasks such as translation, data compilation, and report writing etc Skills and competencies: ● Bachelor degree or above, major in economic, business administration, controlling or accounting 本科及以上學(xué)歷,經(jīng)濟(jì)、工商管理、控制或會(huì)計(jì)專(zhuān)業(yè) ● Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office and Outlook熟練使用Office、Outlook系統(tǒng)等辦公軟件 ● Fluent in English and Mandarin流利的英語(yǔ)和普通話(huà) ● Collaborates with others 具有良好的與他人合作的意識(shí) ● Customer focus and being resilient 具有服務(wù)精神和韌性 ● Learning agility具備學(xué)習(xí)敏捷性 ● Drives results 具備推動(dòng)結(jié)果的能力
