工作職責(zé)：

3) 規(guī)劃開發(fā)合規(guī)解決方案與流程 ，優(yōu)化公司合規(guī)體系，（Develop compliance solutions and processes, optimize corporate compliance program) management process, Provide training and advice, desgin and support improvement actions)
4）協(xié)調(diào)和配合外部律師 (Coordinate and support outside counsel)
5）完成主管交付的其他工作 （s?upport any other? ad-hoc project?s? as ?assigned）
崗位要求：
1) 本科以上學(xué)歷，法律相關(guān)專業(yè)或國際貿(mào)易、工商管理等專業(yè)但具備合規(guī)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的人員（ Bachelor Degree or above. Degree holder in Law preferred, or Degree in international trade, business management or related disciplines with compliance working experience）
2）精通出口管制合規(guī)、反商業(yè)賄賂合規(guī)與個(gè)人信息合規(guī)至少一項(xiàng)內(nèi)容，并對其他兩項(xiàng)有一定了解 (good knowledge about export control, anti-corruption and personal data protection with a strong understanding of at least one area)
2) 3年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，包含不少于1年公司法務(wù)合規(guī)審計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有ICT行業(yè)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先（minimum 3 years experiences, with at least 1 years in compliance, global trade or related function, experince in ICT industry is a plus)
3）中英文讀寫能力優(yōu)秀，分析及數(shù)據(jù)處理能力突出者優(yōu)先 (Excellecent writing in both Mandarin and English, Good analysis and data processing is a plus
4）法學(xué)功底/合規(guī)分析能力突出，具備國際視野(Good legal background or good compliance analysis with global perspective )
