崗位職責(zé)：
2 負(fù)責(zé)公司供應(yīng)商的管理Responsible for supplier management
2 制定原材料、外協(xié)件的入口檢驗(yàn)規(guī)范Set entrance test specification of the raw materials and parts.
2 負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)入口檢驗(yàn)員進(jìn)行入口檢驗(yàn)的培訓(xùn)Responsible for the entrance inspector’s training of the entrance examination
2 向公司提供采購件的質(zhì)量統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析數(shù)據(jù)Provide quality statistical and data analysis of the purchased parts
2 負(fù)責(zé)原材料、外購件質(zhì)量異常的聯(lián)絡(luò)、溝通、處理及質(zhì)量改進(jìn)及PRR的跟蹤Be responsible for the quality of raw materials purchased, abnormal about contact, communication, processing and quality improvement and PRR tracking
2 對(duì)外購件的批量質(zhì)量問題與供應(yīng)商溝通并妥善處理，并跟蹤供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量改進(jìn)及PRR的跟蹤C(jī)ommunicate with suppliers and properly handle about the batch quality problems of the purchased parts, and follow up the supplier quality improvement and PRR tracking.
2 對(duì)客戶反饋的供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量問題負(fù)責(zé)與供應(yīng)商溝通并確保落實(shí)糾正措施The problem for customer feedback supplier quality, responsible for communicating with supplier and ensure the implementation of corrective measures
2 負(fù)責(zé)與外購件有關(guān)的質(zhì)量問題的判斷與處理，就退貨、索賠問題與供應(yīng)商溝通Responsible for judging and handling the quality of purchased parts, communicate with suppliers about the return goods and the claim
2 協(xié)助物料部對(duì)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量業(yè)績(jī)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)Assist materials department to evaluate the supplier quality performance
2 對(duì)供方進(jìn)行體系審核、過程審核，并跟蹤供應(yīng)商的改進(jìn)System audit, process audit on supplier and tracking the improvement
2 負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商PPAP文件的審核Responsible for supplier PPAP file.
2 負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商年度質(zhì)量持續(xù)改進(jìn)計(jì)劃的審核及執(zhí)行情況的跟蹤Responsible for tracking the annual supplier continuous quality improvement review and implementation of the plan.
2 負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商ISIR樣件及標(biāo)準(zhǔn),缺陷樣件的管理Responsible for supplier ISIR sample and standard ,defect management
2 配合質(zhì)量工程師對(duì)新老項(xiàng)目匹配有關(guān)供應(yīng)商零件的問題的分析及改進(jìn),確認(rèn). Assist Quality Engineer for old and new items matching suppliers of parts problem analysis and improvement, to confirm.
2 供應(yīng)商新產(chǎn)品入口檢驗(yàn)所需量測(cè)儀器信息的提供(給質(zhì)量工程師) Provide measuring instrument information for the supplier new product entrance examination(to Quality Engineer)
2 負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商不合格信息的記錄及PPM計(jì)算及月度質(zhì)量績(jī)效報(bào)告提交給SQE主管Responsible for supplier nonconforming information recording and PPM calculation and the monthly quality performance report to SQE Supervisor
2 供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量協(xié)議確認(rèn)Supplier quality agreement confirmation

任職要求：
英文6級(jí)以上，聽、說、讀、寫能力優(yōu)秀。VDA6.3外審員資質(zhì)優(yōu)先。
2 3年以上在汽車行業(yè)內(nèi)質(zhì)量工程師相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷。More than 3 years in the automotive industry about quality engineer working experience.
2 熟習(xí)ISO/TS16949；Familiar with the ISO/TS16949;
2 熟練AIAG五大手冊(cè)；Familiar with AIAG five Handbook;
2 熟練使用PDCA\8D報(bào)告；Skilled use of PDCA\8D Report;
