Responsibilities:
崗位職責(zé)
1、Design and improve automation equipment.
自動(dòng)化設(shè)備研發(fā)、改進(jìn)。
2、Define the overall design of automation equipment.
制訂非標(biāo)設(shè)備整體設(shè)計(jì)方案。
3、Mechanic design. Prepare the assembly drawing, list of inhouse machining parts, off the shelf parts, out sourcing parts.
產(chǎn)品機(jī)械部分設(shè)計(jì)，繪制裝配圖及零部件圖、申報(bào)自制件、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件、外購件清單。
4、Manage the historical document of machine debug and design change.
負(fù)責(zé)收集和管理設(shè)備的調(diào)試、設(shè)計(jì)變更的履歷管理。
5、Classify and manage the drawing, manual and catalog. Update the drawing and if necessary, survey and draw the spare parts and get them co-signed.
對(duì)圖紙、說明書、產(chǎn)品樣本進(jìn)行分類管理，更新圖紙，必要時(shí)測(cè)繪備件并確認(rèn)與會(huì)簽。
6、Prepare the support plan for machine integration. Debug and runoff the new designed machine. Prepare the operation manual, assembly and debug manual for the machine.
制定安裝支援計(jì)劃，并調(diào)試、驗(yàn)收新設(shè)備，編制設(shè)備使用、裝配、調(diào)試說明書。
7、Cooperate with project electric engineer.
做好與項(xiàng)目組內(nèi)電氣工程師的設(shè)計(jì)協(xié)調(diào)溝通工作；
Qualifications:
任職資格：
1、Under 45 years old. College degree or higher.CET-6 or above specialized in computer or electromechanical. Preferred candidates with electric experience.
45歲以下，大專以上學(xué)歷，大學(xué)英語6級(jí)（CET-6）及以上水平。計(jì)算機(jī)及機(jī)電相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，有電氣基礎(chǔ)的優(yōu)先錄用。
2、Familiar with pneumatic parts. Capable of independently sizing and using motors, pneumatic cylinders, valves, hydraulic units, guide rails, slides, screws, etc.
熟悉氣動(dòng)元件，能對(duì)電機(jī)、氣缸、閥類、液壓元件、導(dǎo)軌滑臺(tái)絲桿等元器件獨(dú)立并熟練的應(yīng)用及選型；
3、Experts in 3D software of Solidworks or Zwcad, or experts in 2D software CAD.
三維設(shè)計(jì)精通Solidworks、中望軟件之一或二維設(shè)計(jì)能熟練運(yùn)用CAD；
4、Work with responsibility. Creative and team worker.
