The main responsibility is to conduct Service Parts Assistance & Innovation, processing and enhancing the existing data mining workflows for GM Joint Ventures SBOMs, to update the catalog audit reports (missing parts illustrations, usages conflicts, illustration without service usages, etc), to maintain the GM Imported Vehicles parts release and catalog data, including illustrations up to date and coordinate the parts pre-clarification activities for custom clearance as well as to provide Level 1 assistance for Parts Analyst Center. This position requires involvement in the following key areas but not limited to: ?Improve the Parts Catalog Data aiming parts with no conflicts, no missing parts, easy to interpret, minimizing the risks of lack of parts or misidentification of the correct part to repair the vehicles. ?Support and assist Service Parts Engineering, Specifications and Legends workgroups & users with various parts engineering activities in the GM service parts release system. ?Respond as Level 1 for any immediate technical issues encountered by the dealers/GM Internals on identifying the correct part number for imported vehicles and escalate to homeroom when needed ?Coordinate the parts pre-clarification for custom clearance with SGM and GBS Manila.
