? Define procedures and strategy for field installations, calibrations, and part replacements.
? Lead installation and warranty cost reduction projects.
? Drive Service Design & Service System Level Requirements
? Drive implementation of design and documentation about service action, Installation, and spare parts replacement, etc.
? Identify opportunities to improve design quality in new design based on field quality feedback and user needs collection.
? Review and do verification/Validation work for service features, process and documentations.
? Execute field data analysis to find opportunities about service cost reduction.
