Key Responsibilities:
1. Test Planning & Preparation
Review and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
Develop and document UAT test cases based on fixed line operations (Landline and broadband) workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria.

Execute UAT test cases for fixed line operations, including Landline and broadband services.
Validate system functionality, data integrity, and end-to-end processes.
Identify, document, and report defects or issues using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
Retest and verify fixes to ensure issues are resolved.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with business users, developers, and project teams to ensure alignment on UAT objectives.
Provide clear and concise feedback on test results and defects.
Support business users during UAT by guiding them through test scenarios and addressing queries.

4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed records of test execution, including test results, defects, and resolutions.
Prepare UAT summary reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Ensure all UAT documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and stored in a centralized repository

Qualifications:
Education & Experience
1.2+ years of experience as an operator or tester, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
2.Sound knowledge of Fixed Line Operations (Landline and Broadband) and related systems preferably.
3.Experience with UAT tools and defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail).
