Responsibilities 工作職責(zé)
1.. Quotation SOW新項(xiàng)目報(bào)價(jià)
Deliverables include: Design evaluation & assessment, Build plan concept, Tool & equipment concept, Material usage estimation, Labor hours estimation, Risk & opportunity identification. 交付項(xiàng)包括:設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)估和定義、工藝方案制定、工裝及設(shè)備方案、材料用量評(píng)估、工時(shí)評(píng)估、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及機(jī)會(huì)識(shí)別。
2.SOW Implementation & Execution工作包引入和執(zhí)行
Deliverables include: Mfg. planning, PPM build, Risk/Issue/Opportunity management, Qualification plan & execute, Performance to Plan execution (Quality, Material usage, Labor). 交付項(xiàng)包括:工藝制定、試制件計(jì)劃、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)/機(jī)會(huì)/問(wèn)題的管理、驗(yàn)收計(jì)劃和執(zhí)行、(質(zhì)量、材料用量、工時(shí))目標(biāo)的達(dá)成。
3. Process Improvement工藝改進(jìn)
Deliverables include: Idea generation, Business case development, Idea implementation and execution. 交付項(xiàng)包括:改進(jìn)方法的生成、經(jīng)濟(jì)性評(píng)估、改進(jìn)方法的執(zhí)行
4. Change Management構(gòu)型更改控制
Lead Change Board to control all engineering and process changes, perform risk and opportunity identification and communication, take charge of change implementation.
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)更改委員會(huì)控制所有工程更改和工藝更改。進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和機(jī)會(huì)識(shí)別及交流。負(fù)責(zé)管理更改導(dǎo)入。
5. Communication / Customer & Leadership Interface 溝通/ 客戶和管理層界面
Provide communication of project planning, status, next step, as well as detailed technical proposal as required to be with both customer and leadership interface. 針對(duì)客戶界面和管理層界面,提供包括項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃、狀態(tài)、進(jìn)展,以及按需提供詳細(xì)技術(shù)方案方面的溝通。
6 .Cross-Department Collaboration跨部門協(xié)作
Collaborate with other department to track on-site production issues and propose solutions.
與其他部門協(xié)作,跟蹤生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)問(wèn)題并提出解決方案。
7.Coaching / Mentoring 指導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)
Coach production operators and provide training to other employee within the company. 指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)操作工,并為公司其他員工提供培訓(xùn)。
8.Capability Development and Knowledge Sharing能力提升與知識(shí)共享
Organize technical training (e.g., advanced CATIA operations, PFMEA applications) to elevate team technical capabilities.
組織技術(shù)培訓(xùn)(如CATIA進(jìn)階操作、PFMEA應(yīng)用,提升團(tuán)隊(duì)技術(shù)能力總結(jié)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn),形成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化操作手冊(cè)(如工裝選型指南,優(yōu)化團(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)庫(kù))
9.Others 其他
Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Basic Requirements 任職要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷
2. 5 years work experience in medium assembly projects . 有5年相關(guān)中型裝配項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3. Fully speak English as working language (fluent in written and spoken). 可以完全以英文作為工作語(yǔ)言(讀寫口頭交流流利)
4. Understand Customer drawing system and Specification requirements. 理解客戶圖紙系統(tǒng)及規(guī)范要求。
5. Understand Advanced knowledge of CATIA parts, assembly design module
CATIA and Master the scope and use of assembly tools理解并掌握零件,裝配設(shè)計(jì)模塊進(jìn)階知識(shí); 掌握裝配工具的使用范圍和用途;
6. Skilled with CATIA/ENOVIA, GD&T and CAD. 熟練使用CATIA/ENOVIA, GD&T and CAD或其他建模軟件,以及微軟Office辦公軟件。
7.Knowledge of GD&T (drawing tolerances and marking)

8. Assembly technology (division of process interface, tolerance allocation), Project management knowledge

9.Preference will be given to candidates with a background in aviation manufacturing. 航空制造背景者優(yōu)先。
