- 焊材領(lǐng)用、烘干、返潮控制、發(fā)放和庫房管理Manage welding consumables (issuing, drying, re-baking, control of moisture, and storage).- 熟悉焊機及相關(guān)設(shè)備的檢查和校驗要求Knowledge of welding equipment inspection and calibration requirements.
焊接質(zhì)量管理Welding Quality Control

文件與報驗Documentation & Submission
- 熟悉 QA/QC 文檔體系（ITP、WPS、PQR、WQT、NDT 報告等）Familiar with QA/QC document system (ITP, WPS, PQR, WQT, NDT reports, etc.).- 編寫焊接質(zhì)量問題調(diào)查報告、RFI、NCR、CAR 等文件Prepare welding investigation reports, RFI, NCR, CAR, etc.- 主導(dǎo)與第三方檢驗機構(gòu)、業(yè)主、監(jiān)理溝通報驗Lead inspection coordination with client/consultant/third-party inspectors.
