崗位職責(zé)：

3. 核實(shí)AS7質(zhì)量相關(guān)任務(wù)滿足ALV和客戶要求。在SOP前核實(shí)所有未關(guān)閉問題是否完成。Verifies that the results from quality related activities at R@R meet Autoliv and customer requirements in the scope of AS007. Verifies the closure of open issues prior to SOP.
4. 用8D方法引導(dǎo)問題解決小組分析不合格產(chǎn)品和客戶反饋問題，分析內(nèi)部PPM和進(jìn)行持續(xù)改進(jìn)活動(dòng)，如有必要與CQ一起跟蹤改善結(jié)果；Leads Problem esolution Cross Functional Team using 8D-process: To analyze any product non-conformities in order to solve issues and verify customer or ALV concern；To communicate and follow up (8D) with CQE and CQS according to need； To analyze internal ppm, and generate continuous improvement actions (e.g. PDCA, standards, poka-yoke, product changes, RPN reduction);
5. 協(xié)調(diào)處理和隔離所有可疑產(chǎn)品。 Coordinates the disposition and hold of all
suspect products (AS412)；
6. 檢查其他工廠受影響的適用于AS053的Q Alert.Checks if other ALV plants are
affected and applies AS053 (Q Alert)
7. 支持完成和維護(hù)本地和全球 Yokoten活動(dòng)或LL等； Supports implementation and maintenance of local and global Yokoten actions and lessons learned
8. 積極參與零缺陷改善活動(dòng)；Actively involved in Zero Defect Workshops
9. 負(fù)責(zé)PFMEA go&see and fix 工作計(jì)劃的編制、實(shí)施；Responsible for edit PFMEA go&see and fix work plan and implement task based on plan;
10. 追溯系統(tǒng)防火演練，編制計(jì)劃并實(shí)施，跟進(jìn)問題整改完成。 Trace system fire drill，set up plan and implementation, follow up corrective actions competition.
11.負(fù)責(zé)編制年度產(chǎn)品審核計(jì)劃并實(shí)施；Responsible for making annual
Product Audition Plan and implementation;
12. COP抽樣計(jì)劃的編制；Responsible for COP sample plan;
13.積極參與識(shí)別產(chǎn)線和產(chǎn)品的潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，協(xié)助AMC對(duì)其進(jìn)行整改；Actively involved to identify the potential risk process and products， support AMC to improve;
14.監(jiān)督量檢具的使用，協(xié)助維護(hù)相關(guān)量檢具Supervise the gauge status, support
maintenance gauge with related person.
任職要求：1.熟悉質(zhì)量工具，8D分析方法；Master quality tool, 8Danalysis method;
2. 有兩年的汽車行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；Have two years’ work experience automotive industry;
3. 有過程審核和體系審核經(jīng)驗(yàn)；Have work experience of process & system audit;
