Responsibilities: Responsible for system definition, development, and delivery of steering system technical solutions, supporting steering calibration and software release, and resolving vehicle development issues. Fully accountable for the quality, cost, delivery, and timing (QCDT) of the steering system. Lead supplier development, manage component development progress, and control risks. Work with cross function team for nomination. Coordinate sample submission. Track testing progress and approval reports. Develop and integrate EPS systems and related software. Analyze and follow up testing issues. Support vehicle level issue solves in each phase during development. Resolve product quality and process issues. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive. 3~5 years of steering EPS system development experience. in global projects preferred Excellent capabilities in communication and teamwork Strong ability in problem solving, availability of multiple tasks.
