崗位職責(zé)Job Responsibilities
1、創(chuàng)建產(chǎn)品(UPS,PCS,AVR)測(cè)試規(guī)格書(shū)。Create the test specification of UPS, PCS and AVR.
2、開(kāi)發(fā)所有產(chǎn)品的新測(cè)試設(shè)備，并進(jìn)行認(rèn)證。Develop new test benches and conduct needed qualification for all products (UPS,PCS&AVR) .
3、培訓(xùn)和認(rèn)證作業(yè)員使用新測(cè)試設(shè)備，創(chuàng)建相關(guān)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)。Conduct training and qualification for production line operators on new test bench, and prepare WI accordingly.
4、監(jiān)控測(cè)試設(shè)備的運(yùn)行情況，定義維護(hù)保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃（1級(jí)-3級(jí)）。為測(cè)試設(shè)備維護(hù)保養(yǎng)提供技術(shù)支持，包括UPS, PCS, AVR等產(chǎn)品線(xiàn)設(shè)備。Monitor running performance of test benches, define maintenance plan (level1, 2 and 3), and provide high-level technical support on test bench maintenance in SSX including UPS, PCS and AVR.
5、為提高測(cè)試設(shè)備的效率和可靠性提供可行性方案，降低成本和宕機(jī)修復(fù)時(shí)間。Deliver proposal to increase efficiency and reliability of test benches, reduce cost and lead time of breakdown resolving.
6、導(dǎo)入最合適的測(cè)試技術(shù)提高測(cè)試效率和穩(wěn)定性，減少操作成本。Introduce best-fit available testing technology to increase testing efficiency & reliability, and reduce operation cost.
7、確保按時(shí)保養(yǎng)，改善當(dāng)機(jī)，導(dǎo)入自動(dòng)化和TPM。Ensure PM on time, improve downtime, introduce automation and TPM in SSX.
8、KPI和周報(bào)或月報(bào)。KPIs and reporting (weekly or monthly) .
9、部門(mén)經(jīng)理安排的其他工作。Other responsibility assigned by department manager.

任職條件Job Qualifications
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷。 Bachelor's degree or above.
2、5年以上相關(guān)崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。More than 5 years of working experience in relevant positions.
3、英語(yǔ)流利。Fluent in English.
4、會(huì)基礎(chǔ)c/c#和Python。Basic knowledge of C/C# and Python.
