Developing a thorough understanding of key client’s needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions by integrating GoodWe products into customers’ portfolio ? Increase revenues & profitability for the company according to established KPIs ? Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company ? Establishing and maintaining good relationships with different stakeholders. ? Building and demonstrating understanding of the market and industry ? Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential customers ? Develop a regular call cycle for key customers ? Sales forecasting and weekly reporting Qualification Criteria : ? 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development in the construction or building material industry, roofing material or metal structure background is preferred. ? A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, architecture, or a related field is preferred. ? A proven track record of achieving sales goals and building relationships with clients. ? Experience with selling or promoting eco-friendly and sustainable solutions is a plus. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. ? Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and priorities. ? A knowledge of building codes, standards, and architectural terminology is preferred. ? Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent teamwork ? Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis ? Have a pioneering spirit, be proactive, have strong self-confidence, and have a strong selfdriving force. Language Requirement: ?
