DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Automation:
Use automation control related technologies and systems (PLC/machine vision/robot/machine design/CNC/database management, etc.) to implement the introduction of new projects and the development of localization projects in Align Global.
1. Under the direction of the manager, research, define, develop, and implement new advanced non-core manufacturing processes, methods, and techniques;
2. Efficiently promote the introduction of the Group's NPI projects, and implement installation/commissioning/trial operation and other related work as planned;
3. Complete the preparation of standardized operation procedures for NPI projects, the implementation of training materials and improvement actions, and improve the technical ability of the team through standardization and training to improve the execution efficiency of subsequent projects;
4. Responsible for the design, prototyping, testing, specification and documentation of localization projects, sub-assemblies, and assemblies. Responsible for the layout of subsystems and sub-assemblies as well as detailed mechanical design and documentation;
5. Select materials based on experience and material knowledge, combined with design specifications;
6. Provide technical expertise to the organization, collaborate with and assist in the development of suppliers, interact and direct engineering activities. ;
7. Research industry standards and ensure designs are safe and comply with applicable industry safety requirements;
8. Actively participate in design reviews. Review the design with other engineering, manufacturing personnel, and equipment users to ensure that the design meets all requirements;
9. Prepare and present written oral visuals to support proposals, presentations, design reviews and written reports;
10. Develop cost estimates for projects, including labor and material costs;
11. Maintain project folders and regularly report project status to managers, engineers and others;
12. Plan, execute or direct and document experiments to demonstrate design performance.
Maintenance:
Use automation and control related technologies and systems (PLC, database management, etc.) to document, define, measure, and improve current production processes.
13. Implement and support continual improvement related activities in method and technology;
14. Understand manufacturing capabilities from a device/control/automation perspective and work with process engineers to improve overall operational performance;
15. Validation of IQ, OQ and PQ as required when equipment or software is modified and/or implemented;
16. Installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical/electrical equipment and software;
17. Improve equipment capacity, efficiency, and stability;
18. Develop and facilitate the processes and equipment required for training and provide relevant training materials;
19. Analyze, define, and implement low-cost equipment to improve operational performance and output;
20. Cost-effectiveness, equipment cost assessment, profit, and loss analysis;
21. Necessary database management related to manufacturing process;
22. Ability to work independently;
23. Strictly follow all Align safety policies.
Other responsibilities:
24. Ensure efficient completion of tasks and targets assigned by the organization;
25. Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all insecurities to the management team and HR;
26. Participate in efforts to build a motivated team to achieve departmental and company goals;
27. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
28. Train and instruct other engineers, supervisors, technicians, managers and line employees on process issues.
自動化:

3. 完成NPI項目的標準化作業(yè)流程編寫,培訓材料及改善行動的執(zhí)行,通過標準化及培訓提高團隊技術能力,以提高后續(xù)項目的執(zhí)行效率;
4. 負責本地化項目,子組件和組件的設計,原型制作,測試,規(guī)格和文檔編制。 負責子系統(tǒng)和子組件的布局以及詳細的機械設計和文檔編制;
5. 根據過去的經驗和材料學知識,結合設計規(guī)范進行材料選型;
6. 向組織提供專業(yè)技術知識,與供應商合作并協助開發(fā)供應商,進行交互并指導工程活動;
7. 研究行業(yè)標準并確保設計安全并符合適用的行業(yè)安全要求;
8. 積極參與設計評審。與其他工程,制造人員以及設備用戶一起審查設計,以確保設計滿足所有要求;
9. 準備并展示書面口頭視覺材料,以支持提案,演示,設計評論和書面報告;
10. 為項目制定成本估算,其中包括人工和材料成本;
11. 維護項目文件夾,并定期向經理,工程師和其他人員報告項目狀態(tài);
12. 計劃,執(zhí)行或指導并記錄實驗以證明設計性能。
維修:
使用自動化控制相關技術及系統(tǒng)(PLC,數據庫管理等), 來記錄,定義,衡量及改善當前的生產過程 。
13. 在方法和技術上實施并支持持續(xù)改善相關的活動;
14. 從設備/控制/自動化的角度理解制造能力并與工藝工程師合作提高整體操作的性能;
15. 當設備或軟件修改和/或執(zhí)行時,按要求執(zhí)行IQ,OQ和PQ的驗證 ;
16. 機械/電氣設備和軟件的安裝,測試,調試,維護及故障解決;
17. 提升設備產能,效率及穩(wěn)定性;
18. 開發(fā)和推進培訓所需的流程和設備,并提供相關培訓材料;
19. 分析,定義并執(zhí)行低成本設備來提高運行表現及產出;
20. 性價比,設備成本評估,損益分析;
21. 生產制造過程相關必要的數據庫管理;
22. 有能力獨立開展工作;
23. 嚴格遵守所有愛齊安全政策。
其他職責:
24. 確保高效率完成組織分配的任務和指標;
25. 遵守所有的安全政策,做法和程序。報告所有不安全至管理團隊和人資部門;
26. 參與努力打造一個積極的團隊以實現部門和公司目標;
27. 完成領導安排的其他任務。
監(jiān)督職責:
28. 培訓和指導其他工程師,主管,技術員,管理者和產線員工的工藝問題。
