Role Summary 職位概述
You will support the Senior Project Manager / Project Director as a key project handler for a middle / large-scale offline customer event in Barcelona. You will coordinate day-to-day workstreams, track progress, and help keep communication, timing, and deliverables on track.

Key Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
· Support client communication and daily follow-ups, under the guidance of the Senior PM, and help maintain good client relationships and satisfaction. 在高級(jí)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理指導(dǎo)下,參與對(duì)客溝通與日常跟進(jìn),協(xié)助維護(hù)良好的客戶關(guān)系與滿意度。
· Build and maintain detailed working timelines, action lists, and trackers for your workstreams; remind and follow up with internal teams to stay on schedule. 負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目板塊的時(shí)間規(guī)劃、行動(dòng)清單與跟進(jìn)臺(tái)賬,提醒并推動(dòng)內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)按計(jì)劃執(zhí)行。
· Prepare meeting notes, recap emails, and status reports; ensure key decisions and next steps are clearly captured and shared. 記錄會(huì)議紀(jì)要、整理回顧?quán)]件與階段性項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展報(bào)告,確保關(guān)鍵決策與下一步行動(dòng)被清晰傳達(dá)。
· Coordinate closely with designers and the senior producer / technical lead on feasibility, costing inputs, and on-site requirements for your scope. 與設(shè)計(jì)師及高級(jí)制作/技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密協(xié)作,就方案可行性、成本測(cè)算及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)執(zhí)行需求進(jìn)行溝通,形成統(tǒng)一意見后落實(shí)推進(jìn)。
· Monitor time, quality, budget and suppliers within your work scope; Track risks and issues in your work area (time, quality, budget, suppliers, etc.) and proactively flag issues and propose solutions to the heads. 有效管理自己負(fù)責(zé)模塊的時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、預(yù)算與供應(yīng)商表現(xiàn),及時(shí)識(shí)別項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并提出解決建議,向高級(jí)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理匯報(bào)。
· Support on-site operations in Barcelona: assist with client reception, internal coordination, minute-by-minute rundown execution, and quick troubleshooting. 在巴塞羅那現(xiàn)場(chǎng)執(zhí)行期間,協(xié)助完成客戶接待、內(nèi)部協(xié)調(diào)、執(zhí)行流程把控以及臨場(chǎng)問題處理。
· Assist with basic commercial / admin tasks, such as quotation support, PO & change-order tracking, and supplier documentation. 協(xié)助完成基礎(chǔ)商務(wù)與行政工作,如報(bào)價(jià)支持、PO 與變更單跟進(jìn)、供應(yīng)商文件收集等。
Requirements 任職要求
· 3–5 years’ experience in event / experiential marketing project coordination or management, preferably with at least one sizable overseas project. Solid experience working as account / project executive, junior PM, or similar at an event / creative / agency environment. 具備 3–5 年 活動(dòng)或品牌體驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行 / 管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),參與過至少 1 個(gè)中大型海外或多城市項(xiàng)目 為佳。有活動(dòng)公司、創(chuàng)意代理公司等環(huán)境下?lián)?客服 / 項(xiàng)目 AE、初級(jí) PM 或類似崗位的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
· Strong planning, coordination and follow-through skills; comfortable using basic project tools (timelines, action logs, Excel/Slides, etc.). 具備良好的 計(jì)劃統(tǒng)籌與跟進(jìn)能力,熟悉使用 時(shí)間表、行動(dòng)清單、Excel / PPT 等基礎(chǔ)項(xiàng)目管理工具。
· Good client-facing communication ability, clear and polite, able to manage expectations and ask questions when things are unclear. 具備良好的 對(duì)客溝通能力,表達(dá)清晰、有禮,能在信息不清晰時(shí)及時(shí)確認(rèn)預(yù)期并提出問題。
· Fluent Chinese and workable English for emails, documents and meetings with overseas partners (reading/writing required; speaking a plus). 中英文溝通能力良好,能夠用英語完成郵件與文檔往來,并能參與與海外伙伴的基礎(chǔ)溝通(口語佳者優(yōu)先)。
· Able to commit to a 2–3-month contract from early December 2025 to mid-March 2026: mainly based in THP Shanghai office, plus about 2–3 weeks on-site in Barcelona. 能接受 2025 年 12 月初至 2026 年 3 月中旬 的 2–3 個(gè)月項(xiàng)目合約周期:以 上海辦公室駐場(chǎng) 為主,并可配合前后往返 巴塞羅那現(xiàn)場(chǎng)約 2–3 周。
· Self-driven, detail-minded, and a team player who is willing to “make it happen” at key milestones.
