崗位職責(zé) 制定莊園與游樂園整體營銷方案,推動(dòng)品牌在金邊和東南亞市場曝光 統(tǒng)籌線上線下活動(dòng),提升客流量與消費(fèi)轉(zhuǎn)化 維護(hù)本地合作伙伴關(guān)系,帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)開展BD活動(dòng),拓展客源渠道 分析營銷數(shù)據(jù),優(yōu)化策略并管控預(yù)算 任職要求 3 年以上文旅 / 樂園大客戶BD和市場營銷經(jīng)驗(yàn),有東南亞市場經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先 中英雙語流利(書面 + 口語),柬語基礎(chǔ)者加分 具備活動(dòng)策劃、新媒體運(yùn)營及客戶拓展能力 適應(yīng)東南亞工作節(jié)奏,能接受階段性加班 工作地點(diǎn) 東南亞 金邊(提供食宿與往返機(jī)票) 周末雙休+年帶薪假18天+年終獎(jiǎng)金 Responsibilities Develop overall marketing plans for the resort and amusement park to enhance brand exposure in Cambodia Coordinate online & offline activities to increase foot traffic and sales conversion Maintain local partnerships and expand customer channels Analyze marketing data, optimize strategies and manage budgets Requirements 3+ years of marketing experience in cultural tourism/amusement parks; SEA market experience preferred Fluent in English & Chinese (written + spoken); basic Khmer is a plus Proficient in event planning, new media operation and customer development Adapt to work rhythm in Cambodia, accept occasional overtime Work Location Phnom Penh, Cambodia (accommodation allowance & round-trip air tickets provided)
