【General Summary】
Product operation management plays a key strategic role in accelerating our brand eCommerce operation strategy in China. Product strategy for achieving business target will be a key to success for this role. The role will have strong ownership of product planning, execution, review, reporting, insights delivery and action plan, driving business from product-wise, and improving product KPI to achieve commercial success with solid product-operation knowledge. This role will have opportunity to be key contact window to local merchandising team, supply chain and global ECom team
【Responsibilities】
1. Novelty Planning & Strategy
? Planning newness forecast and achieve sales target
? Build up inventory for key moment /by month
? Build product strategy by channel by campaign
? Range plan across channel and allocation
2. Site Merchandising & Product Related Operation
? Site merchandising plan for Home Page/ Commercial landing Page/ Product list Page
? Product on-shelf/off-shelf control
? Manage Back Order, product transfer & rebalance
? Master File Owner
3. Product Reporting
? Manage all product related reporting
? Analysis & bring Insights to improve product operation KPI (incl. traffic, CVR, sales by category & SKU level)
? Study on market researching & intelligence
4. Leadership & Ownership
? Willing to coordinate & consolidate resource and support cross function/cross team
internally/externally to achieve the sales target &KPI
? Strong supporting & ownership of all products related things
【Qualifications】
? Bachelor’s degree or above
? 6+ years’ experience in Digital Merchandising/ Product operation/ Brand Merchandising
? Solid knowledge of site merchandising & product operation for online channels
? Have necessary knowledge & experiences with product planning, execution, review,
reporting, delivery insight and action plan
? Strong analytical and planning skills and drive the result at product level
? Strong product strategy thinking, detail oriented & Client centric thinking
? Thinking leader & proactive to drive the changes
? Written and oral communication skills in English
