1. Landscape monitoring
- Independently track and analyze competitor pipelines for certain therapeutic areas and technology platforms
- Monitor scientific literature, conferences, patents, and industry trends to stay ahead of the areas
2. Evaluation and Analysis
- Conduct statistical analysis of industry trend and forecast emerging MoAs, modalities or technology platforms
- Participate in evaluations of identified assets and technologies, with both scientific and strategic angles
- Perform comparative analyses of competing assets or technologies and provide insights from competitive perspective
3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with Intrépide and other teams to support their needs and priorities
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner
4. Project Management
- Systematically track and summarize status of conducted analysis, and maintain effective communication internally
- Ensure timely delivery of evaluation reports and recommendations
- Coordinate internal and external activities as needed
工作要求：
? PhD in life sciences is highly preferred
? At least 2-year post degree, and experience in competitive intelligence or scientific evaluation is highly preferred
? Full proficiency in English and Mandarin, and good communication skills in a highly multi-disciplinary and culturally diverse environment
? Ability of problem-solving skills and commitment to deliver high-quality results
? Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
