【主要職責(zé)】:
1、規(guī)劃、拓展、優(yōu)化區(qū)域招聘渠道,確保人員招聘任務(wù)的落地達(dá)成;
Planning, developing, and optimizing overseas recruitment channels to ensure that the recruitment tasks related to overseas business are completed and achieved;
2、根據(jù)總部發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略建立健全海外職級(jí)體系及培訓(xùn)發(fā)展體系,建立海外人員梯隊(duì)培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃,確保計(jì)劃落地達(dá)成;
Establish and improve the overseas grade system and training and development system according to the development strategy of the headquarter. Establish the overseas personnel succession training plan and ensure that the plan is completed and achieved;
3、負(fù)責(zé)構(gòu)建海外人員績(jī)效薪酬管理體系并推動(dòng)落地;
Responsible for establishing overseas personnel performance and compensation management system and promoting implementation;
4、負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)接海外人員文化管理,提升海外人員的凝集力和歸屬感;
Responsible for overseas personnel culture management, enhance the cohesion and sense of belonging of overseas personnel;
5、負(fù)責(zé)落實(shí)宣貫總部企業(yè)文化、制度、政策至海外區(qū)域,同時(shí)根據(jù)海外不同國(guó)家的文化、政策等要求,制定符合當(dāng)?shù)匾蟮闹贫?、政策?Responsible for publicizing and implementing corporate culture, systems and policies from headquarters to overseas regions, and at the same time, developing systems and policies that meet local requirements according to the culture and policies of different overseas countries;
6、結(jié)合海外政策文化,構(gòu)建與不同經(jīng)營(yíng)團(tuán)隊(duì)業(yè)務(wù)屬性,文化屬性相匹配的激勵(lì)制度;
Establishing incentive systems that match the business attributes and cultural attributes of different operation teams according to overseas policies and cultures;
7、海外員工關(guān)系處理、行政事務(wù)支持等,確保海外區(qū)域人力資源運(yùn)營(yíng)符合當(dāng)?shù)貏趧?dòng)法律法規(guī);
Overseas employee relationship handling, administrative affairs support., to ensure the human resources management compliance with local labor laws and regulations;
8、構(gòu)筑當(dāng)?shù)貙?duì)外關(guān)系的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理機(jī)制并協(xié)調(diào)推進(jìn)及維護(hù);
Establishing a local operational management mechanism for external relations and coordinating promotion and maintenance.
9、其他海外業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)事項(xiàng)的處理。
Other overseas business-related matters handling.
【任職要求】:
1、國(guó)籍及學(xué)歷:中國(guó)籍,本科及以上學(xué)歷
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
2、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):10年以上外資企業(yè)人力資源相關(guān)專業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)及團(tuán)隊(duì)管理,具備一定的海外人力資源管理經(jīng)驗(yàn), 熟悉印度地區(qū)人力資源政策法規(guī)優(yōu)先考慮;
Working experience: more than 10 years of professional experience related to human resources and team management in foreign-funded enterprises, with certain experience in overseas human resources management. Preference will be given to candidates familiar with HR policies and regulations in the India Region;
3、專業(yè)及技能:人力資源、工商管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè),接受過(guò)相關(guān)管理培訓(xùn),擅長(zhǎng)招聘、培訓(xùn)、企業(yè)文化、員工關(guān)系(HRBP)等方面。
Professional and skills: graduated from human resources, business administration and other related majors. Received relevant management training, good at recruitment, training, corporate culture, employee relations (HRBP)., etc.
4、其他要求:英語(yǔ)可作為工作語(yǔ)言,能和海外同事進(jìn)行日常的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)交流及英文工作文件的編寫。
Other requirements: English can be used as working language and be able to communicate with overseas colleagues in daily spoken English and prepare documents in English.
5、工作地點(diǎn):前期在昆山、阿聯(lián)酋迪拜進(jìn)行培養(yǎng),后面外派至印度區(qū)域。
Working location: Initial training will take place in Kunshan,Dubai, followed by an overseas assignment in the India Region.
