員工關(guān)系組織發(fā)展績(jī)效管理
【主要職責(zé)】: 1、規(guī)劃、拓展、優(yōu)化區(qū)域招聘渠道,確保人員招聘任務(wù)的落地達(dá)成; Planning, developing, and optimizing overseas recruitment channels to ensure that the recruitment tasks related to overseas business are completed and achieved; 2、根據(jù)總部發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略建立健全海外職級(jí)體系及培訓(xùn)發(fā)展體系,建立海外人員梯隊(duì)培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃,確保計(jì)劃落地達(dá)成; Establish and improve the overseas grade system and training and development system according to the development strategy of the headquarter.
