Job Responsibilities:
Project Management & Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of both domestic and international curtain wall projects. Ensure timely delivery, quality control, risk management, and optimization of design schemes. Provide technical confirmation and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Team Leadership: Direct and manage a team of designers to complete all assigned curtain wall design tasks efficiently. This includes conceptualizing and drafting detailed design plans, producing construction drawings, coordinating material orders, preparing processing drawings, and other related design activities.
On-Site Support: Collaborate closely with the project department to address any design-related technical challenges that arise during on-site implementation. Engage with clients for technical confirmations and ensure alignment with their expectations.
Administrative Duties: Fulfill additional responsibilities as delegated by immediate supervisors, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across departments.
Qualifications:
Educational Background & Experience: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is required. Candidates must have at least 8 years of proven experience in curtain wall design, with preference given to those who possess overseas project design expertise.
Language Proficiency: Fluent English communication skills are essential, particularly in written correspondence via email. The ability to use English as a working language is mandatory for this role.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrated familiarity with both domestic and international curtain wall standards, especially those from regions such as the United States and Australia. Proficiency in industry-standard software like AutoCAD, Rhino, and common office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is expected.
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are crucial for managing teams effectively. Candidates should exhibit proactive behavior, a positive attitude, and the capacity to handle stress while maintaining high performance levels.
