崗位職責(zé):
1、戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃 Strategic Planning
根據(jù)總部人力資源中長期戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,制定子公司人力資源3年戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,分解年度工作規(guī)劃并監(jiān)督實(shí)施;
1.Develop the subsidiary
s 3-year HR strategic plan based on the headquarters
mid-to-long-term HR strategy, break down annual work plans, and oversee execution;
2、人才招聘 Talent Acquisition
構(gòu)建并優(yōu)化公司的招聘流程和體系,提升招聘人員質(zhì)量,對招聘及時(shí)率和優(yōu)秀率負(fù)責(zé),提升業(yè)務(wù)部門滿意度;
2. Establish and optimize the recruitment process and system, enhance hiring quality, ensure recruitment timeliness and excellence, and improve business unit satisfaction;
3、組織建設(shè) Organizational Development
建立和完善組織架構(gòu)、定崗定編,崗位勝任力模型和價(jià)值評估體系,每年組織人才盤點(diǎn)工作,開展人才梯隊(duì)建設(shè),完善人才質(zhì)量提升機(jī)制;
3. Establish and refine organizational structure, staffing models, competency frameworks, and job evaluation systems. Conduct annual talent reviews, build talent pipelines, and enhance talent development mechanisms;
4、培訓(xùn)發(fā)展 Training & Development
根據(jù)公司發(fā)展需求制定年度培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃和部門培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,結(jié)合業(yè)務(wù)矛盾組織開展專項(xiàng)培訓(xùn);建立完善培訓(xùn)體系和流程,跟蹤培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃執(zhí)行和效果;建立人才發(fā)展路線,指導(dǎo)各崗位員工職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃;
4. Develop annual and departmental training plans aligned with business needs, and organize targeted training to address operational challenges. Establish a structured training system, monitor implementation and effectiveness, and guide employees in career planning;
5、薪酬績效 Compensation & Performance
設(shè)計(jì)薪酬績效考核體系并有效實(shí)施,不定期評審并優(yōu)化薪酬績效考核制度,驅(qū)動業(yè)務(wù)部門發(fā)展;
5. Design and implement performance-based compensation systems, conduct periodic reviews and optimizations, and drive business unit growth;
6、人力成本 Workforce Cost Management
每月分析人力成本數(shù)據(jù),有效管控間接部門人力成本占比,提高直接人力成本產(chǎn)出,為業(yè)務(wù)部門提供數(shù)據(jù)指導(dǎo),控制人力資源成本;
6. Analyze labor cost data monthly, optimize indirect labor cost ratios, improve direct labor efficiency, provide data-driven insights to business units, and control HR costs effectively;
7、文化制度 Corporate Culture
對員工敬業(yè)度負(fù)責(zé),持續(xù)完善管理制度,推動企業(yè)文化建設(shè),打造積極向上的企業(yè)文化;
7. Enhance employee engagement, continuously improve management policies, and foster a positive and high-performing corporate culture;
8、業(yè)務(wù)支持 HR Business Partnering
深入業(yè)務(wù)部門,掌握業(yè)務(wù)訴求、參加到業(yè)務(wù)部門的人才、組織、績效評價(jià)管理,做好BP支持工作;
8. Collaborate closely with business units, understand their needs, and provide HRBP support in talent management, organizational development, and performance evaluation;
9、日常工作 HR Operations
負(fù)責(zé)人力資源部的日常工作和員工的管理指導(dǎo)、績效評估,完成總經(jīng)理授權(quán)及交辦的其他工作任務(wù)。
9. Oversee daily HR operations, manage employee performance evaluations, and fulfill additional tasks assigned by the General Manager.
任職要求:
1、人力資源、企業(yè)管理類相關(guān)專業(yè),本科及以上學(xué)歷;
1.Bachelor
s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields;
2、8年以上人力資源管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),3年以上同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉人力資源各業(yè)務(wù)模塊;
2. 8+ years of HR management experience with 3+ years in similar role, proficient in all HR functional modules;
3、掌握現(xiàn)代企業(yè)人力資源管理模式和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累,熟悉勞動人事政策法規(guī)并能靈活運(yùn)用;
3. Solid expertise in modern HR management models with practical experience; well-versed in labor policies and regulations;
4、接受過戰(zhàn)略人力資源管理、組織變革管理、薪酬績效變更管理等方面的培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
4. Preferred candidates have training in strategic HRM, organizational change management, and compensation & performance management;
5、具備人力資源三支柱業(yè)務(wù)模型實(shí)操經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
5. Hands-on experience with HR Three-Pillar Model is preferred;
6、具有良好的溝通交流、組織協(xié)調(diào)能力和學(xué)習(xí)能力,責(zé)任心強(qiáng);
6. Excellent communication, organizational and learning skills with strong sense of responsibility;
7、為人正直誠信,能夠適應(yīng)較快的工作節(jié)奏。
