We are currently looking for a Packaging Process Manager / 包裝流程主管 to oversee the end-to-end coordination of packaging information and validation flow across teams in China and France. 崗位職責(zé) / Responsibilities ? Anticipate and ensure that all necessary packaging inputs (marketing data, legal warnings, guidelines) are made available on time ? Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Quality, Sourcing) and external stakeholders (French Designers, Buyers) ? Assign files to the design team and monitor artwork delivery timelines ? Understand packaging guidelines and ensure that the flow follows expected rules and formats ? Organize the artwork validation process: ? Liaise with the French Designer, Buyer, and Quality team to collect final approvals ? Track the artwork confirmation process step by step ? Maintain an organized folder structure and keep packaging records updated ? Be the key point of contact for packaging workflow between sourcing, design, QA, and French teams 任職要求 / Requirements ? Strong organizational and coordination skills ? Fluent in English (spoken and written) ? 3+ years' experience in project coordination, packaging, sourcing, or merchandising ? Basic understanding of packaging/artwork processes (no design work required) ? Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and time management skills ?
