· Responsible for communication with project team and cooperation partners

· Responsible for project planning, implementation and tracking.
負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃制定、實(shí)施與跟蹤
· Leads cross functional teams to successfully launch of new products, to meet timing, quality and cost targets
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目組的各個(gè)職能部門(mén)，確保新項(xiàng)目成功投產(chǎn) （符合時(shí)間、質(zhì)量和成本預(yù)期）
· Constant enhancement and transfer of the know-how，enhance Change Management Process in new plant
持續(xù)不斷的加強(qiáng)和傳遞知識(shí)點(diǎn)，確保工程變更的實(shí)施
· Meeting project milestone, preparing and leading internal machine set up, trial run, ramp-up and documents summary.
確保項(xiàng)目組達(dá)成一致的時(shí)間計(jì)劃，參與主導(dǎo)和支持試生產(chǎn)等一系列活動(dòng)以及所有相關(guān)文件的準(zhǔn)備
· Documentation and reporting of project progress, escalation of critical issues
項(xiàng)目文檔化并即時(shí)匯報(bào)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)展，上報(bào)關(guān)鍵性問(wèn)題
· Close communication with Steering Committee and JV company team
與管理層和合資公司團(tuán)隊(duì)保持密切溝通
· Responsible for improvement projects on output, product and process quality and manufacturing cost, achieve annual profit target.
負(fù)責(zé)改善項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)出，產(chǎn)品及工藝質(zhì)量改善和制造成本優(yōu)化，實(shí)現(xiàn)既定年度盈利目標(biāo)
· Proactively identify risk mitigation opportunities and process improvement
主動(dòng)識(shí)別風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，實(shí)施風(fēng)險(xiǎn)消除，并做流程改善
· Ensure the safety and environmental protection in plant production and operation comply with relevant policy.
確保工廠(chǎng)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中的安全及環(huán)保情況滿(mǎn)足相關(guān)政策要求
· Plant team building
工廠(chǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)
· Pass government relevant certification (e.g., white list)
順利通過(guò)政府相關(guān)資格及新能源汽車(chē)廢舊動(dòng)力蓄電池綜合利用行業(yè)規(guī)范條件企業(yè)名單（白名單）認(rèn)證


Qualifications / 能力及素質(zhì)
· Bachelor’s degree or above.
本科及以上學(xué)歷
· Over 7 years’ experience in battery industrial (Prefer recycling of power batteries experience).
至少7年電池相關(guān)行業(yè)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(有動(dòng)力電池回收行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先)
· Familiar with relevant Chinese law and regulation for lithium battery industry
熟悉鋰電池行業(yè)國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)法律法規(guī)
· New projects launch experience and over 3 years project leader experience
有新項(xiàng)目落地經(jīng)驗(yàn)及3年以上項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
· Over 3 years plant management experience
3年以上工廠(chǎng)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
· Fluent English Skill (must)
英語(yǔ)可以作為工作語(yǔ)言（必須條件）
