崗位職責(zé): 1、負(fù)責(zé)印度尼西亞新建司搭建工作,包括但不限于公司證照與資質(zhì)的申請(qǐng)及辦理; 2、作為公司代表,確保業(yè)務(wù)符合印度尼西亞的公司法規(guī)及法律要求; 3、負(fù)責(zé)開(kāi)拓并推動(dòng)當(dāng)?shù)劁N(xiāo)售業(yè)務(wù),制定所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域市場(chǎng)及業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略和客戶(hù)開(kāi)發(fā)計(jì)劃,分析區(qū)域市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)信息和篩選重點(diǎn)客戶(hù)的商務(wù)機(jī)會(huì),負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)銷(xiāo)售額和利潤(rùn)率目標(biāo)達(dá)成負(fù)責(zé),依據(jù)區(qū)域市場(chǎng)需求和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)分析; 4、負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)當(dāng)?shù)乜蛻?hù)關(guān)系,與所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的重點(diǎn)大客戶(hù)高層建立起定期互動(dòng)交流,了解客戶(hù)、市場(chǎng)、品牌、供應(yīng)商策略,達(dá)成戰(zhàn)略合作聯(lián)盟; 5、負(fù)責(zé)組建并管理當(dāng)?shù)貓F(tuán)隊(duì),建立完善的人才梯隊(duì); 6、管控當(dāng)?shù)貥I(yè)務(wù)流程,監(jiān)控區(qū)域銷(xiāo)售運(yùn)營(yíng)流程健康運(yùn)行,協(xié)同國(guó)內(nèi)支持團(tuán)隊(duì),確保所有銷(xiāo)售預(yù)測(cè)、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度、訂單交付準(zhǔn)確及時(shí),逾期賬款、庫(kù)存和客訴數(shù)量處在健康合理的水平,協(xié)助并及時(shí)處理重大異常。 7、公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他事項(xiàng)。 崗位要求: 1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,英語(yǔ)/印尼語(yǔ)熟練、中文熟練優(yōu)先,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先; 2、5年及以上醫(yī)療行業(yè)印度尼西亞銷(xiāo)售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn); 3、熟悉印度尼西亞醫(yī)療市場(chǎng)情況,具備在印度尼西亞的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策略分析與規(guī)劃能力,對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)厥袌?chǎng)有較高的敏銳度; 4、熟悉海外新建司相關(guān)規(guī)則與流程,具備開(kāi)拓精神和團(tuán)隊(duì)號(hào)召力,對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)和人才梯隊(duì)培養(yǎng)有豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有管理技巧與銷(xiāo)售技巧; 5、較好的商務(wù)談判、計(jì)劃與執(zhí)行能力,較好的組織、協(xié)調(diào)、溝通能力; 6、常駐印度尼西亞。 Job Responsibilities: 1. Lead the establishment of the new company in Indonesia, including but not limited to the application and processing of all necessary business licenses and permits. 2. Act as the company's representative to ensure all business activities comply with local corporate regulations and legal requirements in Indonesia. 3. Develop and drive local sales initiatives. Create market and business development strategies and customer acquisition plans for the region. Analyze local market competition and identify key business opportunities with major accounts. Be responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets based on regional market needs and competitive analysis. 4. Manage and nurture local customer relationships. Establish and maintain regular communication with senior management of key regional accounts. Understand their strategies regarding products, markets, brands, and suppliers to build strategic partnerships. 5. Build and manage the local team, developing a strong talent pipeline for future growth. 6. Oversee local business operations. Monitor the health of regional sales processes. Work closely with domestic support teams to ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting, project updates, and order delivery. Keep overdue payments, inventory levels, and customer complaints within acceptable limits. Assist in resolving major operational issues promptly. 7. Any other duties as assigned by management based on business needs. Requirements: 1. A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.Proficiency in English/Indonesian is essential, proficiency in Chinese is preferred. Major in Marketing is preferred. 2. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry within Indonesia. 3. In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian healthcare market. Strong ability to analyze and develop marketing strategies, with a keen understanding of local market dynamics. 4. Familiar with the rules and processes of setting up a new company overseas. Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and strong team leadership skills. Proven experience in team building and talent development. Solid management and sales techniques. 5. Strong skills in business negotiation, planning, execution, organization, coordination, and communication. 6. Must be based in Indonesia.
