Be responsible for customer DOE plan preparation;
5.Post mortem報(bào)告的準(zhǔn)備及演講;
Prepare post mortem report;
6.客戶(hù)的對(duì)接窗口，傳達(dá)客戶(hù)的信息，并轉(zhuǎn)化為內(nèi)部要求和文件;
Customer contact window, pass customer information to internal team and transfer customer file to internal document;
7.制程變更的窗口，對(duì)于制程變更進(jìn)行評(píng)估并導(dǎo)入量產(chǎn);
Process change evaluation window and apply to MP;
8.項(xiàng)目改善的橫向展開(kāi)，確保改善措施落實(shí)到所有項(xiàng)目中;

職位要求：
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷;
College degree or above； 2.有英文讀寫(xiě)能力;
Reading and Writing English; 3.掌握SMT組裝工藝和FPC工藝規(guī)范;
Master SMT assembly process and FPC process rule;
4.掌握FPCA工藝設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范，;
Master FPCA process design rule;
5.掌握并使用DOE;
Master and use DOE;
8.質(zhì)量改善流程與數(shù)據(jù)分析方法(如QC七大手法,DFMEA 、PFMEA、CP、QCC、6Sigma等);

9.掌握 FMEA, Control Plan;
