Account Abilities
1. Responsible for secondary packaging categories (mainly for Corrugated board, labels, films, glue etc) sourcing, negotiation, contracting and supplier management.
2. Implement category and sourcing strategy.
3. Understand supply and demand market, category supply market, cost structure.
4. Maintain supplier database and make cost driver analysis, set up and renew cost model.
5. Cooperate with cross functions to support the innovation project, lightweighting project proceed.
6. Have an insight into innovation and new supplier development to deliver expected saving on the basis of total supply chain cost.
Education
1. Master degree and 5+ years related working experience of Procurement sourcing in multi-national company.
Experience
1. Knowledge and experience in Packaging materials preferred.
2. Knowledge and experience in FMCG company is a plus.
Technical Competencies:
1. 5+ years related working experience in Procurement Sourcing in multi-national company.
2. Sourcing experience in FMCG Company with packaging materials is preferred.
3. Supplier qualification and negotiations skill.
4. Cross-functional team participation.
5. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing (Good communication skill in both Chinese and English).
6. Ability to balance multiple priorities.
7. Ability to work independently, create and implement processes.
8. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities.
10. Skillful in computer software: Excel, Words, MS Office, Website access & research etc.
11. Able to travel.
12. Self-motivated, proactive, ownership mindset.
