職位設(shè)置的目的/General Function:
設(shè)計(jì)工程師為新能源汽車(chē)排氣系統(tǒng)及類(lèi)似復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)和部件的設(shè)計(jì)、開(kāi)發(fā)與驗(yàn)證提供機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)專(zhuān)業(yè)支持與技術(shù)指導(dǎo),以開(kāi)發(fā)創(chuàng)新的技術(shù)解決方案。他/她通過(guò)整合先進(jìn)材料與排放控制等新技術(shù),并運(yùn)用FEA和CFD分析手段,以滿(mǎn)足功能,成本和重量目標(biāo)。
核心職責(zé)包括主導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)審查、協(xié)同供應(yīng)商及跨職能多語(yǔ)言團(tuán)隊(duì),并管理項(xiàng)目時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)與測(cè)試計(jì)劃,以確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、安全性與合規(guī)性。
The Design Engineer provides mechanical design expertise and technical direction to
develop innovative technological solutions involving designing, developing, and
validating exhaust systems and similarly complex systems and components for New
Energy Vehicles. He/she integrates new technologies like advanced materials and
emissions control and performs FEA and CFD analysis to meet functional, cost
and weight targets.
Key responsibilities include leading design reviews, collaborating with suppliers
and cross-functional, multi-lingual teams and managing project timelines and
testing plans to ensure product quality, safety, and compliance.
主要工作職/Main Responsibilities:

-Development of constructive solutions for exhaust systems and their components or similarly complex systems and parts from the area of “new technologies” within the framework of specified concepts;
-通過(guò)應(yīng)用/修改現(xiàn)有獨(dú)立功能與元件,對(duì)連接/互聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新性加工處理;
-Constructive processing of links/ interconnections by applying/modifying existing individual functions and elements;
-對(duì)功能、布局與設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)展建設(shè)性的調(diào)查,必要時(shí)提出改進(jìn)方案;
-Conduct constructive investigations into function, arrangement and design, and develop improvements if necessary;
-通過(guò)考慮可能的制造技術(shù)、可用材料和技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì),并與相關(guān)部門(mén)進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào);
-Develop designs by considering possible manufacturing technologies, available
materials and technical standards and coordinate them with the relevant authorities;
-創(chuàng)建原型設(shè)備和工具,以實(shí)施開(kāi)發(fā)的解決方案;
-Creation of prototype devices and tools for the implementation of the developed solutions;
-將設(shè)計(jì)成果應(yīng)用于技術(shù)清單,同時(shí)考慮內(nèi)部術(shù)語(yǔ)和產(chǎn)品特定功能;
-Put design results into effect by applying them to technical lists while considering the internal nomenclature and product-specific features;
-使用2D/3D CAD系統(tǒng)和在波森使用的設(shè)計(jì)程序完成設(shè)計(jì)與制圖工作;
-Creation of design and drawings by using 2D/3D CAD systems with the design programs used at Boysen;
-根據(jù)公式對(duì)需制造的零件和裝配件的尺寸進(jìn)行計(jì)算;
-Carrying out calculations for the dimensioning of parts and assemblies to be constructed
in accordance with formulas;
個(gè)性特質(zhì)與能力要求/Personality & Competencies:
-機(jī)械工程或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)士學(xué)位 ;
-A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field;
-熟練掌握英語(yǔ)(書(shū)面、口語(yǔ)及聽(tīng)力);
-Proficiency in English (writing, speaking and listening) is required;
-專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)知識(shí):熟練使用3D CAD(如SolidWorks), FEA和CFD工具;
-Technical Expertise: Proficiency in 3D CAD (e.g., SolidWorks), FEA, and CFD tools;
-行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn): 具有在多功能工程團(tuán)隊(duì)中從事基本設(shè)計(jì)定義和/或詳細(xì)工程活動(dòng)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在排氣系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)、制造和測(cè)試方面具有豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn);
-Industry Experience: Proven experience working in multi-functional engineering teams
focused on basic design definition and/or detailed engineering activities.
Proven experience in product development, manufacturing, and testing of exhaust
systems;

-具備與總工程辦公室進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)審的經(jīng)驗(yàn) ;
-Experience in conducting design reviews with chief engineering office as required;
-具備按照工程政策與流程要求,對(duì)指定項(xiàng)目/任務(wù)產(chǎn)生的技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行適當(dāng)文檔管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn);
-Experience in managing proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures;

-Experience in working with Parametric Models;
