職責(zé):
1.參與開發(fā)語(yǔ)言管理和語(yǔ)言理解解決方案,以實(shí)現(xiàn)智能系統(tǒng)的認(rèn)知、知識(shí)管理和語(yǔ)言使用(語(yǔ)言化)功能的高效整合。
2.參與設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)確保有效使用面向情境的文本表示技術(shù)的方法。
3.參與開發(fā)適用于知識(shí)管理、認(rèn)知和語(yǔ)言化的膠囊語(yǔ)義方法。這種方法將允許從特定情境和事件層面到一般抽象層面的多層次意義處理。
4.參與開發(fā)自然語(yǔ)言管理(語(yǔ)言化)方法、知識(shí)管理方法和認(rèn)知管理方法的整合。
5.參與開發(fā)用于管理與密集使用自然語(yǔ)言(語(yǔ)言化)相關(guān)的語(yǔ)義、意義、認(rèn)知、知識(shí)和交流的方法框架。
6.參與開發(fā)適用于 COIOS 系統(tǒng)的大型語(yǔ)言模型技術(shù)。能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)依賴情境的語(yǔ)言模型開發(fā)以及對(duì)模型中使用的知識(shí)的文化和科學(xué)依賴性的管理。

Expectations from the job applicant for NLP and LLM R+D work
COIOS (Tianjin) is looking for two enthusiastic and talented NLP researchers and developers with keen attention to developing new NLP and LLM methods and solutions.
Responsibilities
(i)Participation in the development of language management and language understanding solutions enabling the efficient integration of the cognitive, knowledge management and language use (languageing) functions of the intelligent systems.
(ii)Participation in the design and development of methods that ensure efficient use of situation-oriented text representation techniques.
(iii)Participation in the development of the capsule semantics methodology appropriate for knowledge management, cognizing and languageing. This methodology will allow multi-level handling of the meaning from the level of specific situations and events to the general abstract level.
(iv)Participation in the development of the integration of the natural language management (languaging) methodology, the knowledge management methodology and the cognizing management methodology
(v)Participation in the development of a methodological framework for the management of semantics, meaning, cognition, knowledge and communication related to the intensive use of natural language (languageing).
(vi)Participation in the development of the LLM technology applicable to COIOS systems. Among other things, this should enable the situation-dependent development of language models and the management of the cultural and scientific dependence of the knowledge used in the models.
(vii)Participation in the development of applicable toolset of dealing with speech patterns, speech recognition, identifying and generating natural languages, etc.
(viii)Participation in the development of applicable toolset of dealing with advanced desktop and web interfaces, chatbot support interfaces, intelligent wizards, learning agents, etc.
資質(zhì)與技能:
潛在候選人應(yīng)具備的預(yù)期學(xué)術(shù)和專業(yè)技能:
英語(yǔ)聽說(shuō)讀寫流利,要求大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四級(jí)(CET - 4)及以上水平,或具備同等英語(yǔ)能力,能滿足日常工作中的英語(yǔ)使用需求,可做無(wú)障礙國(guó)際交流。
1.擁有計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)或工程碩士或博士學(xué)位,專業(yè)方向?yàn)樽匀徽Z(yǔ)言處理;或擁有語(yǔ)言學(xué)碩士學(xué)位,專業(yè)方向?yàn)橛?jì)算語(yǔ)言學(xué)。
2.至少有三年自然語(yǔ)言處理或大型語(yǔ)言模型的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3.具有機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)、框架和庫(kù)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
4.理解用于文本表示的自然語(yǔ)言處理技術(shù)、語(yǔ)義提取技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)和建模。
5.理解大型語(yǔ)言模型的技術(shù)和數(shù)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)及基本技術(shù)。
6.了解相關(guān)編程語(yǔ)言、開發(fā)工具、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。
7.精通至少一種人工智能編程語(yǔ)言(例如 Python)。

Qualifications and Skills
The expected academic and professional skills to be possessed by a potential candidate:
Fluent in written and spoken English, CET-4 or equivalent English ability, able to meet the needs of daily work, and able to communicate fluently in English.
?Master’s degree in computer science or engineering with a focus on natural language processing or linguistics with a focus on computational linguistics
?At least 3 years of experience in NLP or LLM
?Experience in machine learning platforms, frameworks, and libraries
?Understanding of NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction techniques, data structures, and modelling
?Understanding of LLM technological and mathematical foundations and the basic techniques
?Knowledge of relevant programming languages, development tools, databases
?Proficiency in at least one AI programming (e.g. Python)
?Creative thinking to recognize new opportunities
?Scientific interest in discovering and developing new solutions
?Adequate, thorough and convincing knowledge of mathematical foundations
?Excellent communication skills
?Ready to work within a collaborative environment with teams
