發(fā)那科機(jī)加工工藝NPI臥式加工中心
Mission
Oversees manufacturing processes,
ensuring safety, efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in production.
This role supervises process
engineers optimizing machining process and workflow to meet production targets
while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities and activities
Process Optimization & Continuous improvement:
·
Analyze and improve machining
processes (CNC, honing) to reduce cycle time, waste and reduce production costs
·
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and
Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies
·
Conduct time-motion studies to
eliminate process bottlenecks
Production support & troubleshooting:
·
Resolve machining issues (tool wear,
dimensional deviations, surface finish problems)
·
Work with workshop, quality and
maintenance teams to minimize downtime
·
Improve fixtures and tools for
process consistency
·
Ensure first-pass yield (FPY) and OEE
(Overall Equipment Effectiveness) targets are met
New Product Introduction (NPI) & Process development:
·
Collaborate with Engineering
department to ensure manufacturability
·
Develop work instructions, standard
operating procedures (SOP), and process control plans (with Quality)
·
Validate new processes using PFMEA
(Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis)
·
Design and implement process changes
according to engineering changes (ECN)
Team leadership & Training:
·
Supervise process engineers (while
being active in the Engineering part of the job, not only the supervision one)
·
Train employees according to the
company standard operating procedures mentioned in the work instructions
·
Conduct cross-training to improve
workforce flexibility
·
Member of the NPI team, product
introduction, including devices, tools, program and work instructions and
training to work
Equipment & Technology:
·
Design, test and oversee new
machining cells (CNC machine, deburring, washing etc.)
·
Design, test and oversee production fixtures
and tools
·
Optimize related process parameters
Working conditions

Office in Shanghai
·
Workshop
·
Occasional business trip with allowance,
if requested
Requirement
·
Bachelor's degree, mechanical or similar
background
·
Fluent in written and oral English
·
5+ years of experience in machining
process engineering
·
2+ years in leadership/supervisory roles
Professional skills and abilities
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word,
Excell, PowerPoint)
·
Proficiency in 3D design
software skills (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo)
·
Strong problem-solving skills (8D,
Fishbone, PDCA)
·
Work experience preferably on Horizontal
Machining Centers (H-CNC) middle-high level brands
·
Programming knowledge on Fanuc (Siemens
or others as optional)
·
Project management Knowledge
·
Leadership in cross-functional teams
·
Ability to communicate from shop floor
to management
