監(jiān)督整個項目團隊質量管理要求的實施;
執(zhí)行內部和外部審核,監(jiān)督后續(xù)工作,并向項目管理團隊報告結果;
組織供應商、分包商和設計分包商的質量審核;
協(xié)調內外部質量活動;
審核分包商和供應商的質量保證手冊、文件和檢驗測試計劃,以符合項目要求;
監(jiān)督和報告項目質量統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù);
收集項目經驗教訓的案例;
協(xié)助準備每周和每月的質量進度報告;
組織與協(xié)調質量相關會議和培訓;
負責組織定期收集項目質量KPI數(shù)據(jù),并向質量經理匯報。
Develop project quality assurance procedures and communicate with owner about quality procedures and KPI;
Develop internal and external audit plan and audit scope;
Monitor the implementation of quality management requirements throughout the project team;
Perform internal and external audits, monitor follow-up and report results to the project management team;
Organize quality audits of suppliers, subcontractors and design subcontractors;
Coordinate internal and external quality activities;
Review subcontractors' and suppliers' quality assurance manuals, documentation and inspection and test plans to meet project requirements;
Monitor and report project quality statistics;
Case studies to collect lessons learned from the project;
Assist in preparing weekly and monthly quality progress reports;
Organize and coordinate quality related meetings and training;
Responsible for organizing regular collection of project quality KPI data and reporting to quality director.
