Simulation Engineer
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Simulation Engineer experienced in NVIDIA Omniverse to build high-fidelity virtual environments for quadruped patrolling and inspection use cases. You will create digital twins, simulate robot behaviour, and support validation before real-world deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain simulation environments in NVIDIA Omniverse (Isaac Sim / USD pipelines).
-Create digital twins of terrains, industrial layouts, and inspection routes.
-Simulate quadruped physics, locomotion, sensors (LIDAR, depth, RGB), and environment interactions.
-Integrate Omniverse assets with ROS2 or autonomy stacks for closed-loop testing.
-Support scenario creation for navigation, perception validation, and edge-case testing.
-Optimize simulation performance and ensure accurate real-to-sim behaviour.
-Collaborate with CV, ROS, and autonomy teams for end-to-end testing workflows.
Required Skills:
-Experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, and USD workflows
-Python scripting for simulation automation
-Understanding of robotics kinematics, sensors, and environment physics
-Familiarity with simulation-to-real (Sim2Real) workflows
-Git, modular development, and testing practices
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience integrating ROS2 or AI pipelines with Omniverse
-Knowledge of 3D modelling (Blender, Maya) or asset creation
-Background in autonomous systems testing or digital twin development
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related discipline
