How You’ll Make an Impact

• Performing the multi-body dynamic simulation for the transmission parts of high voltage switchgear; 對(duì)高壓開關(guān)傳動(dòng)進(jìn)行多體動(dòng)力學(xué)的仿真分析；

• Performing the static and transient structural simulation/calculation for R&D project; 對(duì)高壓開關(guān)零部件進(jìn)行靜態(tài)或瞬態(tài)的強(qiáng)度仿真分析；

• Creating or checking the simulation reports as required; 根據(jù)需求出具仿真報(bào)告；

• Participating the design review about the transmission parts design, give available suggestions according to the simulation results; 結(jié)合仿真結(jié)果，參與研發(fā)項(xiàng)目方案評(píng)審，給出合理化建議;

• Observe and plan tests of materials , components , bolt connections on force/stroke/ acceleration test system; improving the existing multi-body dynamic simulation approach based on the test results; 進(jìn)行研發(fā)性試驗(yàn)或基礎(chǔ)研究性試驗(yàn)，通過試驗(yàn)制定仿真方法或?qū)σ延蟹抡娣椒ㄟM(jìn)行優(yōu)化；

• Technical discussion/alignment with colleagues in other locations (Germany; India; Mexico) 就仿真中的相關(guān)問題與其他地區(qū)（德國(guó)；印度；墨西哥等）的同事進(jìn)行交流溝通；

• Providing the technical support for other departments 對(duì)其他部門進(jìn)行相關(guān)的技術(shù)支持；

What You Bring

• Master degree above with mechanics background is required; if the basic knowledge is outstanding, bachelor degree is acceptable ;要求具有力學(xué)知識(shí)背景的研究生及以上學(xué)歷 （如果基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)特別優(yōu)秀，可放寬至本科生）；

• Proficiency in theoretical mechanics (kinematics, dynamics);have good knowledge of mechanics of materials and transmission design，have good general physical understanding ;熟練掌握理論力學(xué) （運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)、動(dòng)力學(xué)）的相關(guān)知識(shí)；具有良好的材料力學(xué)和傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)；

• Those who has the experience in using the multi-dynamic simulation software such as Simcenter 3D，ADAMS, RecurDyn , ABAQUS, etc. will be a plus;具有Simcenter 3D，ADAMS， RecurDyn , ABAQUS 等多體動(dòng)力學(xué)軟件的使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮；

• Those who has the experience in measurement or development test will be a plus.具有結(jié)構(gòu)測(cè)試及研發(fā)性試驗(yàn)操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮；

• Have the ability to learn independently, curiosity, and innovative spirit;具備自主學(xué)能力, 好奇心和創(chuàng)新精神；

• Have good teamwork skills;具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力；

• Familiar with the office software;具備基礎(chǔ)辦公軟件應(yīng)用能力;
