IPD
崗位職責：
流程推行與變革管理，構(gòu)建以客戶為中心、數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動的端到端流程框架
任職要求：
任職要求：
1.具備5年以上業(yè)務(wù)流程設(shè)計、優(yōu)化或管理的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗，其中至少2年深度參與或主導(dǎo)過IPD或類似產(chǎn)品管理體系的建設(shè)與推行。
2.精通華為IPD體系框架，深刻理解其核心思想（如市場管理、異步開發(fā)、跨部門團隊、結(jié)構(gòu)化流程等）。
3.熟悉編制EA架構(gòu)流程，尤其需要擅長業(yè)務(wù)架構(gòu)的編寫技巧和邏輯；
4.掌握先進的流程建模與方法論（如BPMN、價值鏈分析、烏龜圖等），能熟練使用相關(guān)流程設(shè)計工具
5.熟悉軟件系統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量標準、質(zhì)量體系的建設(shè)；
