崗位職責(zé)和技能要求
Job responsibilities and Skill requirement:
1.
熟悉機(jī)器人基礎(chǔ)編程,修改點(diǎn)位。焊接機(jī)器人程序主要通過視覺和偏移補(bǔ)償計(jì)算點(diǎn)位,能看懂編程并作簡(jiǎn)單的數(shù)據(jù)修改。
2.
熟悉視覺激光跟蹤應(yīng)用。
3. 熟悉機(jī)器人焊接、裝配、搬運(yùn)等工藝。
4. 負(fù)責(zé)車間焊接機(jī)器人(庫(kù)卡機(jī)器人/ I-cube激光跟蹤/EWM焊機(jī)/TBI清槍器)日常故障排除的技術(shù)支持及維護(hù)指導(dǎo)。
5. 負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)機(jī)器人出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行分析、總結(jié),跟蹤和解決反饋。
6. 對(duì)接公司自動(dòng)化項(xiàng)目上線的安裝及調(diào)試工作。
7. 負(fù)責(zé)提供專項(xiàng)的技術(shù)培訓(xùn),讓員工掌握機(jī)器人使用技能。
1.
Familiar with basic robot programming, modify the point position.
The welding robot program mainly calculates the points through vision and offset compensation, needs to read the advanced programming and make simple data modification.
2. Familiar with laser tracking.
3. Familiar with robot welding, assembly, handling and other processes.
4. Responsible for the technical support and maintenance guidance
(Kuka robot/I-cube laser tracking /EWM welder /TBI gun cleaner) for the daily
troubleshooting of workshop welding robots.
5. Responsible for analyzing, summarizing, tracking and solving
feedback on problems of robots.
6. Connect with the installation and commissioning of the company's
automation project online.
7. Responsible for providing special technical training so that
employees can master the skills of using robots.

Background and Work Experience:
1. 學(xué)歷:本科、碩士。
2. 有焊接和機(jī)械方面的自動(dòng)化專業(yè)背景。
3. 有工業(yè)機(jī)器人應(yīng)用或程序設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
4. 具有自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)集成調(diào)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
1. Education: Bachelor, master.
2. Professional background in welding and mechanical automation.
3. Experience in industrial robot application or programming is preferred.
4. Experience in automation system integration and debugging is preferred.
