崗位職責(zé):
1、配合領(lǐng)導(dǎo)制定銷售目標(biāo)、目標(biāo)分解、完成銷售目標(biāo)的策略
2、掌握銷售工作進(jìn)度,推動(dòng)銷售目標(biāo)的有效執(zhí)行
3、根據(jù)公司資源,推廣公司優(yōu)勢(shì),資源整合實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)績(jī)?cè)鲩L(zhǎng)
4、開發(fā)國(guó)際鐵路,公路,海運(yùn),空運(yùn)等相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù),開拓新市場(chǎng),發(fā)展新客戶
5、協(xié)調(diào)公司與客戶單位關(guān)系,定期進(jìn)行客戶回訪和跟蹤服務(wù)
6、挖掘與維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系,提高市場(chǎng)占有率
7、應(yīng)收賬款的跟進(jìn)與催收
8、定期匯總上報(bào)物流工作內(nèi)容
9、完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作任務(wù)

任職要求:
1、大專及以上學(xué)歷,物流管理、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、國(guó)際貨代、國(guó)際貿(mào)易、電子商務(wù)、小語(yǔ)種等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2、具有兩年以上國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理從業(yè)經(jīng)歷,具有較強(qiáng)的客戶開發(fā)能力,對(duì)國(guó)際空運(yùn)海運(yùn)鐵路市場(chǎng)行情有一定了解優(yōu)先。有語(yǔ)言優(yōu)勢(shì)人員可適當(dāng)放寬招聘要求;
3、良好的溝通技巧和說服能力,能承受較大的工作壓力;
4、具有獨(dú)立的分析和解決問題的能力,良好的客戶服務(wù)意識(shí), 有責(zé)任感及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神,
5、個(gè)人品行端正有良好的職業(yè)操守。

Job Duties:
1. Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
2. Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
3. Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
4. Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
5. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
6. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
7. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
8. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
9. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
11. Carries out temporary tasks assigned by superior.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Good command of English in both speaking and writing.
2. Strong motivation for sales.
3. Presentation and negotiation skills.
4. Overseas experience is preferred.
5. Experience in freight forwarding/international trade is preferred.
