Marketing Executive
Job responsibilities:
1、Execute the full-cycle marketing program of the project, coordinate the implementation of various phases of marketing programs to ensure that the marketing objectives are achieved;
2、Responsible for monitoring the dynamics of the real estate market, regular output of competitor analysis and strategy report, put forward response strategies;
3、Responsible for coordinating and managing the marketing activities of each project;
4、Responsible for the maintenance and management of media relations, planning brand culture promotion, publicity, docking advertising companies;
5、Responsible for the implementation of project sales staff planning related knowledge and value point training;
6、Responsible for controlling the sales plan and deployment of the implementation of the project.
Job requirements:
1、3-5 years of experience in property marketing, both creative planning and brand management capabilities, innovative combination of industry characteristics
2、Familiar with the whole process of real estate marketing, with Dubai market insight experience is preferred
3、Bachelor degree or above, master degree is preferred, fluent in English and Chinese, with international thinking (Chinese is preferred).
4、Possess data analysis ability, skilled in using PPT and marketing professional tools.

2、負責監(jiān)控房地產(chǎn)市場動態(tài),定期輸出競品分析及策略報告,提出應對策略;
3、負責統(tǒng)籌管理各項目營銷活動;
4、負責媒體關系的維護和管理,策劃品牌文化推廣、宣傳,對接廣告公司;
5、負責項目銷售人員策劃相關知識及價值點培訓工作的落實;
6、負責管控各項目的推售計劃及部署執(zhí)行
崗位要求:
1、3-5年地產(chǎn)營銷經(jīng)驗,兼具創(chuàng)意策劃與品牌管理能力,能創(chuàng)新性結合行業(yè)特性
2、熟悉地產(chǎn)營銷全流程,具備迪拜市場洞察經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
3、本科以上學歷,碩士優(yōu)先,中英文雙語流利,具備國際化思維(中國人優(yōu)先)
4、具備數(shù)據(jù)分析能力,熟練使用PPT及營銷專業(yè)工具
