職位名稱:高級(jí)質(zhì)量保證經(jīng)理(兼職) 工作地點(diǎn):遠(yuǎn)程/重點(diǎn)關(guān)注中國(guó) 匯報(bào)對(duì)象:COO/CEO 工作時(shí)長(zhǎng):每周約10-15小時(shí) 核心使命:在整個(gè)制造和采購(gòu)生命周期中建立并執(zhí)行嚴(yán)格的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和檢驗(yàn)協(xié)議,保護(hù)公司免受產(chǎn)品缺陷的損失并減輕供應(yīng)商風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。 關(guān)鍵職責(zé): 1. 質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn):定義和記錄所有必要的質(zhì)量控制(QC)和質(zhì)量保證(QA)流程,包括產(chǎn)品規(guī)格批準(zhǔn)和最終檢驗(yàn)程序(例如AQL表); 2. 供應(yīng)商審查:為所有新舊供應(yīng)商建立嚴(yán)格的審查和審核流程,重點(diǎn)關(guān)注風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素和持續(xù)的質(zhì)量績(jī)效; 3. 缺陷分析:實(shí)施結(jié)構(gòu)化的缺陷、退貨和客戶投訴分析流程,并確保采購(gòu)團(tuán)隊(duì)和供應(yīng)商實(shí)施糾正和預(yù)防措施(CAPA); 4. 合規(guī)性:確保所有制造的產(chǎn)品符合目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)相關(guān)的國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和認(rèn)證要求(例如CE、FDA、特定的國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)); 5. 培訓(xùn)與指導(dǎo):就正確的檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)和質(zhì)量文件要求向采購(gòu)團(tuán)隊(duì)提供培訓(xùn)和監(jiān)督。 KPI:供應(yīng)商缺陷率(PPM);客戶因質(zhì)量問(wèn)題導(dǎo)致的退貨/投訴減少率;關(guān)鍵供應(yīng)商的合規(guī)評(píng)級(jí)。 任職要求:7年以上制造業(yè)或消費(fèi)品行業(yè)的質(zhì)量保證或質(zhì)量控制經(jīng)驗(yàn),并具有在中國(guó)審核和管理工廠的豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn);深入了解國(guó)際質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(ISO, AQL);優(yōu)秀的分析能力和對(duì)細(xì)節(jié)的關(guān)注;英語(yǔ)流利是強(qiáng)制要求。 Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Manager (Part-Time) Location: Remote/China Focused Reporting To: COO/CEO Commitment: Approx. 10-15 hours per week Core Mission: To establish and enforce robust quality standards and inspection protocols throughout the entire manufacturing and sourcing lifecycle, protecting the company from product defects and mitigating supplier risk. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality Standards: Define and document all necessary Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) processes, including product specification sign-offs and final inspection procedures (e.g., AQL tables); 1. Supplier Vetting: Establish a rigorous vetting and auditing process for all new and existing suppliers, focusing on risk factors and consistent quality performance; 2. Defect Analysis: Implement a structured process for analyzing defects, returns, and customer complaints, and ensure corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) are implemented by the sourcing team and suppliers; 3. Compliance: Ensure all manufactured products adhere to required international standards and certifications relevant to target markets (e.g., CE, FDA, specific national standards); 4. Training & Guidance: Provide training and oversight to the sourcing team on proper inspection techniques and quality documentation requirements. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Supplier defect rate (PPM); Reduction in customer returns/complaints related to quality; Compliance rating for key suppliers. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the manufacturing or consumer goods sector, with significant experience auditing and managing factories in China; Deep knowledge of international quality standards (ISO, AQL); Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; Fluent English is mandatory.
