About the Job:We are looking for a strong Recruiter for an initial 1-year contract to support our expanding operations in Shenzhen. You will play a key role in leading the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across logistics, warehousing, supply chain management, and occasionally finance, compliance, and IT. Working closely with local and international hiring teams, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting the right talent to support our rapid expansion in the region.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES工作職責(zé):
1. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.負(fù)責(zé)全流程招聘工作:包括職位發(fā)布、候選人搜尋、簡(jiǎn)歷篩選、面試安排、offer管理、入職協(xié)調(diào),以及與相關(guān)部門(mén)的溝通協(xié)作。
2. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific functions (Logistics, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Warehouse, etc.).與招聘經(jīng)理緊密合作:深入了解各部門(mén)(物流、供應(yīng)鏈、采購(gòu)、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)等)的招聘需求,制定針對(duì)性的候選人搜尋策略。
3. Source candidates through a mix of local job platforms (e.g., 51Job, BOSS, Zhaopin), internal referrals, and direct outreach.通過(guò)多元化渠道搜尋候選人:包括本地招聘平臺(tái)(如51Job、BOSS直聘、智聯(lián)招聘)、內(nèi)部推薦和主動(dòng)定向挖掘。
4. Conduct screening calls and initial interviews, ensuring alignment with role requirements and cultural fit.進(jìn)行電話(huà)篩選和初試:評(píng)估候選人的崗位匹配度及文化契合度,確保符合職位要求。
5. Coordinate with internal teams on contract preparation, onboarding logistics, and pre-employment checks.協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì):協(xié)助完成合同準(zhǔn)備、入職流程安排及背景調(diào)查等事宜。
6. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles in the region.建立并維護(hù)人才庫(kù):為關(guān)鍵崗位儲(chǔ)備優(yōu)質(zhì)候選人,支持區(qū)域業(yè)務(wù)快速擴(kuò)張。
7. Maintain up-to-date recruitment data and reporting, tracking key KPIs and providing regular updates to Colleagues and Managers.維護(hù)招聘數(shù)據(jù)及報(bào)告:跟蹤關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo)(KPIs),定期向同事和管理層匯報(bào)進(jìn)展。
JOB REQUIREMENTS崗位要求:
- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, international, or rapidly growing environment.3年以上全流程招聘經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備快節(jié)奏、國(guó)際化或高速發(fā)展環(huán)境的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
- Strong experience in recruiting for logistics, sourcing, warehousing, and/or supply chain functions is essential.具備物流、采購(gòu)、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)及供應(yīng)鏈相關(guān)崗位的招聘經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
- Familiarity with the Chinese labor market and local job platforms.熟悉中國(guó)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)及本地招聘平臺(tái)
- Hands-on experience working with Personio and other ATS/recruitment tools, Microsoft Office Suite.熟練使用Personio等招聘管理系統(tǒng)(ATS)及Microsoft Office辦公軟件
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple roles in parallel.能夠獨(dú)立工作,高效安排優(yōu)先級(jí),同時(shí)處理多個(gè)職位的招聘需求
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).優(yōu)秀的英文和中文溝通能力(書(shū)面及口語(yǔ))
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.本科及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源、商科或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先。
