Hotel Pre-opening 預(yù)開業(yè)酒店
For opening of the new hotel, General Manager prepares to submit an overall pre-opening budget plan on all expenditure during the pre-opening period and to produce a “Master Chart” of action plans to meet the hotel opening schedules and other work included:
對(duì)于即將開業(yè)的新酒店,總經(jīng)理需要提交酒店預(yù)開業(yè)預(yù)算計(jì)劃,并完成“Master Chart”的行動(dòng)計(jì)劃以達(dá)成開業(yè)計(jì)劃和其他的工作包括:
?Assist in supplying and maintaining all licenses and permit requirements.
協(xié)助獲得相關(guān)酒店的執(zhí)照和許可證。
?Prepare charts and reports on work progress of constructions exterior and internal décor installations.
準(zhǔn)備酒店相關(guān)的建筑外墻和內(nèi)部裝飾施工進(jìn)展的記錄和報(bào)告。
?Prepare the schedules of recruitment’s and staff training plans.
準(zhǔn)備招聘計(jì)劃和員工培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃。
?Produce timelines and action plans on services to be rendered at different stages.
?Negotiate and obtain bargain prices for supply of utilities, cleaning, maintenance, vermin extermination, security and other services and goods required in the operation to the hotel.
通過商定,為酒店獲得物美價(jià)廉的器具、 清潔、 維修、 害蟲防護(hù)、 保全,其他服務(wù)和產(chǎn)品等酒店運(yùn)營所需的供應(yīng)商。
?Provide standard pre-opening accounting setup and services.
提供標(biāo)準(zhǔn)預(yù)開業(yè)會(huì)計(jì)設(shè)置及服務(wù)。
?Prepare and establish a set of operating policies/procedures, operation and training manual.
準(zhǔn)備和建立一套的經(jīng)營政策/程序、操作和培訓(xùn)手冊(cè)。
?Develop international and national sales and marketing promotional program, including advertisements and public relations and other program to secure business and booking at the hotel.
制定國際和國內(nèi)銷售和營銷宣傳方案,其中包括廣告、公共關(guān)系和能獲得業(yè)務(wù)的其他方案和酒店的預(yù)訂。
?Develop an organizational chart, staffing guides and schedules of employment and compensation rates and package.

?Recruit initial staff and implementation training program.
初期員工的招聘和培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃的實(shí)施。
?Negotiate and manage with concessionaire, licenses, tenants, consignees and other intended users of hotel facilities within the premises.
商定和管理與特許公司、許可證、租戶、收貨人及其他預(yù)使用酒店設(shè)施用戶。
Hotel Daily Operations

?Maintaining a harmonious working relationship with hotel owners and continually responding of total commitments to the hotel management companies. Attend regular owners and management meetings in accordance with the guidelines of the management companies. Maintaining positive attitude be cooperative to the owners and superiors of the management companies and other hotels colleagues.
與酒店業(yè)主保持和諧的工作關(guān)系和始終對(duì)酒店管理公司的承諾負(fù)責(zé)。根據(jù)管理公司的指導(dǎo)方針定期參加業(yè)主和管理團(tuán)隊(duì)的會(huì)議。保持積極的態(tài)度,與業(yè)主和上級(jí)的管理公司和其他酒店同事的保持合作

?Submit a pre-opening budget for showing the proposed expenditures to be made.

?Compensation for expenses incurred on the staff recruitment and training, sales and marketing promotional programs, the opening of festivities or any other pre-opening requirements.

?Prepare a purchasing plan on operating equipment and utensils required initially.
準(zhǔn)備關(guān)于運(yùn)營設(shè)備及所需器具的初期采購計(jì)劃。
?Maintain the smoothly operations of the hotel, which included of administering and implementing the policies and procedures, establishing and monitoring the overall hotel goals and objectives. Made daily physically routines spot checks on hotel outlets and a number of guestrooms in order to keep sight of the fact that the maintenance and standards of services achieved.

?Plan and supervise targeted goals closely for maximizing profit and minimizing operating costs. And control the operating service standards to meet the expectations of both guests and owners. Established operational objectives and action plans with time frame towards achieving goals.

?Supervise and review with the Human Resource Department on all activities of staff, such as staff motivation plan, staff development and training program, etc., for maximizing of high staff productivity, staff morale low staff turnover. And ensure efficiency of services, effectiveness of teamwork and the good staff responsibility of the managerial staff. Make closely monitoring on departmental performance from time to time.

?Review bi-weekly on financial achievements with division heads and plan new financial directives in addition to the projected figures in the business plan. Assist sales/marketing to create additional sales objectives to increase revenue in both rooms and food and beverage sales.
每隔半月與各部門主管一起回顧酒店財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)并對(duì)除預(yù)期數(shù)據(jù)以外新的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行計(jì)劃。協(xié)助市場(chǎng)銷售部創(chuàng)建額外的銷售目標(biāo)計(jì)劃,以增加客房和餐飲的收入。
?Possess effective marketing and sales skills with considerable experience in establishing hotel positioning, conducting marketing research, marketing strategies and the hotel promotions. Personally handle all complaints as much as possible and answered all hotel correspondences, which related to the administrations within 24 hours.
在建立酒店定位,進(jìn)行銷售調(diào)研、市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略和酒店促銷方面具備有效及經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的市場(chǎng)營銷和銷售技能。親自處理與酒店相關(guān)的投訴與回復(fù)信函,不得超過 24 小時(shí)。
?Produce and send the required monthly reports to the owners and with a copies sent to Management Company:

JOB REQUIREMENT任職要求
?At least two years working experience of international hotel chains as General Manager;
具備兩年及以上國際連鎖品牌酒店相關(guān)總經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
?Good marketing experience of hospitality industry and the independent operation experience or marketing development;
具有多年酒店市場(chǎng)營銷經(jīng)歷和獨(dú)立運(yùn)營經(jīng)驗(yàn)或市場(chǎng)發(fā)展開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
?Good professional knowledge and good individual work ability;
