Hotel Handyman Job Responsibilities / 酒店萬能工崗位職責(zé)
1. **Maintenance & Repairs 設(shè)備維護(hù)與修理**
- Perform routine maintenance of hotel facilities (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
- 負(fù)責(zé)酒店設(shè)施的日常維護(hù)(如管道、電路、暖通、木工等)。
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment or systems promptly.
- 及時(shí)排查并修復(fù)故障設(shè)備或系統(tǒng)。
2. **Guest Support 賓客支持**
- Respond to guest room maintenance requests (e.g., broken fixtures, lighting issues).
- 處理客房維修請(qǐng)求(如設(shè)備損壞、照明問題)。
- Ensure minimal disruption to guests during repairs.
- 維修期間盡量減少對(duì)客人的干擾。
3. **Preventive Maintenance 預(yù)防性維護(hù)**
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues.
- 定期檢查設(shè)施,預(yù)防潛在問題。
- Follow the hotel’s preventive maintenance schedule.
- 執(zhí)行酒店預(yù)防性維護(hù)計(jì)劃。
4. **Safety & Compliance 安全與合規(guī)**
- Adhere to safety protocols and local regulations (e.g., fire codes, electrical standards).
- 遵守安全規(guī)范及當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)(如消防、電氣標(biāo)準(zhǔn))。
- Report major hazards to the management.
- 及時(shí)向管理層報(bào)告重大安全隱患。
5. **General Duties 綜合職責(zé)**
- Assist in setting up event spaces or furniture as needed.
- 協(xié)助布置活動(dòng)場(chǎng)地或搬運(yùn)家具。
- Maintain inventory of tools and spare parts.

**Requirements / 任職要求**
